Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Walsenburg

This was our second time staying here so that says a lot already. We will definitely come back! For anyone who may not know (we learned this last year) you might consider avoiding Crestone altogether between mid June and mid July (ish) as the mosquitoes are unlike anything you’ve probably ever seen. But at any other time, Crestone is a delightful destination, and this is a perfect place to stay to enjoy the peace and quiet it offers.

**Title: Fantastic Family Getaway at Joe’s Rental!** Our family had an incredible stay at Joe’s rental. The moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is immaculate and perfectly designed for families, offering both comfort and space. Located in a serene area, it was a peaceful retreat yet close to local attractions. Joe's thoughtful touches, like a well-stocked kitchen and cozy living spaces, made our stay delightful. He was an amazing host, attentive and quick to offer excellent local tips. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and the perfect spot for quality family time. We left with wonderful memories and are eager to return. Amazing Hosts and home! This has been one of my favorite stays! The house was very welcoming and the hosts left small touches that made the stay special. The house was beautiful, clean, and the beds were so comfortable. This will definitely be our spot the next time we visit Pueblo! They truly went above and beyond our expectations!

We so enjoyed our stay a Terra Cottage! My 7 year old said it was the best Airbnb ever! I really enjoyed the courtyard mornings with Thomas playing guitar, and the calm and peaceful evenings. Being dog friendly was a huge plus for our family. Everything was stocked as Sean said, the record player and TV access was a great bonus. I loved having a fully stocked kitchen to use and cook in. There is not a lot in town grocery or restaurant wise, but with our own planning we had everything we needed and more! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Lovely and such a cute and private place! Tristan was extremely responsive, helpful and friendly! The place had all the amenities you could need and more-complete kitchen gadgets and utensils, TV, etc. Highly recommend staying here :)

We had a great stay! The perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Great Sand Dune National Park.

We feel so lucky to have found this house for our visit to Great Sand Dunes National Park. The drive to the park is 12 minutes and you can see the dunes and the mountains from the house. The house itself is huge and the hosts thought of literally everything as far as house instructions, amenities, and comfy touches. It really felt like we had our own little slice of the world. If you're coming to the area and this place is available it would be a mistake not to book. Thank you, Amanda & Sarah!

Barry’s place was just right for us and our two dogs. The house was clean and cozy with a beautiful view in the backyard where our pups had fun playing. We come this way often and will definitely stay again if possible!!

We loved staying at the 1899 Inn. It’s right in town, spacious even with our big dog, and Anjilee was a great host.

A little slice of heaven couldn't be more accurate. This cabin was practically out of a dream for our big family to stay in and enjoy ourselves. I've never had such a well equipped kitchen at an air BNB and the house was equally as hospitable. Erin was also gracious enough to give us a late check out since we had a baby with us and we were trying to line up nap time.

This is a great place to stay. Everyone felt the beds were particularly comfortable, the sheets and towels were nice and it was a very comfortable retreat. The setting is very peaceful.

Spent two nights here - perfect midway point between Great Sand Dunes NP and Denver! Space was clean, comfortable and easy to find.

Second time staying here and it did not disappoint.

The place was thoughtfully designed for the limited space. Valrie did a great job describing it, and I appreciated the communication about the space. The chairs and the bed inside were comfy. There are limited options to stay in La Veta, and this is a great space for one or two people who are very comfortable with each other. I would absolutely stay here again!

Charley was an amazing host. His place is beautiful and clean. Very comfortable, accommodating for us and our two dogs. Stayed here for our wedding weekend and would highly recommend this place to everyone!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall this place was great and we would absolutely stay again. We didn't want to camp so this was the closest place to the Sand Dunes for our group. We had lots of space and everything was really great. It was a little hard to tell from the photos but there are 5 bedrooms upstairs - two queens, two single beds, one king in the master. Downstairs there is another room with a couch that folds into a bed that can be used as a bedroom. There is also the fold out couch in the living room too. Really great having so much space! One thing - we were cooking breakfast and set off the fire alarm. At first we didn't realize we could stop the alarm so it took a while to get it off. When cooking, make sure that you turn the vent on!

Amazing home for outdoor enthusiasts! Beautiful views of the mountains and valley. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just like described in everyway. Beautiful landscapes all around. Very thoughtfully designed Airbnb. 15 miss drive to the local groceries and local restaurants (I believe has more than needed for basic necessities) I would love to go back

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb. My Danilo was displaced due to a house fire. Randall made us feel comfortable like it was home away from home. It was much appreciated given our circumstances. His mom Rita was also very accomodating and kind. If i had to stay at an Airbnb again i would definitely choose this one and recommend it to anyone who is looking.

Our stay in Crestone was beautiful! There were six of us and this location was close enough to Great Sand Dunes National Park which was our main reason for coming here. We all had plenty of space for hanging out in shared spaces, cooking dinner, and outdoor lounging. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more especially for us since we cooked majority of our meals while staying here. The host was very kind, responsive, and let me know that she was available should we need anything. I highly recommend this space if you have a large group of people, for three couples we were very comfortable.

This place is super peaceful. Our cabin had a steam shower & sauna, this was so nice to have as this was a work trip. Bed was very comfortable. I Would highly recommend this place for a get out of the city & recharge getaway! Beautiful area. Thanks for hosting us Vivian.

We had a wonderful stay at Kayla's place! It was the perfect accommodations for our little family get away and we made good use of the hot tub. Great place to stay if you're visiting the Sand Dunes!
