When you stay with Samantha, it’s like joining the family. You can also come and go as you please/ not interact. But for us and our son the family was the highlight of our trip. The hosts are welcoming, easy to talk to and are filled with local suggestions on what to do and want to eat. They are so accommodating with use of their kitchen and storage space. You can look forward to extremely comfortable beds, clean well kept room, bathroom and a fantastic location. This Airbnb is a hidden gem it gives you easy access to the wonderful adventures nearby.

I have stayed in this property once before and loved it then too. However this time - I had to make a last minute booking as other air bnb accom fell through on the day and was stuck. The team were incredible, so responsive, had me sorted and in within 2 hours of first reaching out. Do not spend your money staying at old run down hotels on the beach, the view from the balcony alone here is worth it, music playing at the cafe downstairs, palm trees swaying against the beach all visible from the balcony and from the bed. Has everything you need - drip coffee for the morning, can fit ice in the freezer for some lazy sunset balcony drinks, comfortable bed (I always travel with my own pillow so can’t comment on the pillows), air con worked beautifully. Location cannot be beaten one block from pretty much everything. Do yourself a favour, don’t read any more reviews, book this place and happy happy Hawaiian holidays.

The location of this place was amazing. As a family we have always stayed further down closer to the zoo but this location really does have it all. The beaches are amazing, everything is still easily within walking distance and the Hilton property really does have it all. The suite we stayed in was clean, great AC and lots of space for a family of 4. The kitchen could use a few more items to cook with. We went over Christmas and tried to eat in a bit more than usual and had to be VERY creative with our cooking because of what the kitchen had to offer. We throughly enjoyed our stay and you know it’s been a great vacation when you’re sad to leave!

Nice beach house. Little busier road than expected to get to the beach, but liked the access to the nice beach and easy access to local attractions.

Wonderful, relaxed, peaceful place. Home thoughtfully supplied with tons of beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel masks, guidebooks, etc, everything you need for a fun getaway. If you like hiking, do not miss the Hau’ula Loop trail two blocks up the road— fantastic well-maintained trail with varied terrain and stunning mountain views. Our favorite beach in the area was at Mālaekahana State Recreation Area (near Goat Island), 4 miles up the highway. We went there 3 times and saw many sea turtles every time!

Idyllic location, comfy and cozy, private sanctuary of a home and beach while still walking/biking distance to lovely local markets, food, book stores, etc. Misty Ann was such a responsive and helpful host, went above and beyond for us! She had boogie board, beach chairs, sand toys available; my young daughters and I had a wonderful time, and would return back and recommend 1000%.

Location of the property is stunning! Every morning waking up in Makaha valley looking at the ocean gave us a huge boost of joy going into our day. It was a perfect escape from our busy lives.

Our family of 8 absolutely loved Courtney's rental. I don't think it could have been in a better location. It is with in walking distance of all the lagoons, local shops, golfing and it's a quick drive to grocery stores. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, instructions were clear and the check in/out process was a breeze. Our only cons were there were only 2 beach towels, no spices and the trash under the sink was way too small for the 8 of us. We are seasoned Air bnbers so we did pack a few of things we knew we would need like laundry pods, paper towels and a few smaller items but coming from the East Coast we were only checking 1 bag and didn't bring any spices, beach towels or dish & dishwasher soap. Island Country Market (SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS and get those free items!), Safeway, Target and Walmart are really just a short drive to grab what was needed so it wasn't a big deal but just be prepared to need these items. We absolutely can not wait to go back. Aloha.

We loved our stay on the north shore! The Airbnb was well cleaned and had supplies and amenities that most don’t offer. They went above and beyond to help with any questions I had and actually was very helpful in a minor emergency situation when one of our guests completely/accidentally m locked us out. Helena was communicative and kind about the situation. Boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, towels, and more were all provided!! We would definitely come back.

Great Place!

This property was ideal for two couples with plenty of living space and yet private bedroom and bathroom facilities. Kitchen was very well equipped and whole property was clean and well maintained. Slight issue with air conditioning was quickly resolved, overall would thoroughly recommend.

My family would highly recommend Helena's place. We absolutely LOVE Turtle Bay and North Shore of Oahu. We visited the resort last year and wanted to come back and spend more time with our son who is stationed in Hawaii in the Navy, but needed but more space to spread out. Helena's place is spacious and well appointed. The location is fabulous! Right on the golf course, with views of the mountains. It is an easy walk to the Ritz Carlton Resort and all the amenities they have there that are available to you as a non-resort guest...meaning pretty much everything! Helena's place was well appointed, clean, with thoughtful touches everywhere. From the real leaves under our toiletries in the bathroom, to everything you would need for a beach day or snorkeling outside on the patio, to pickle ball and other equipment inside the front door. I wish we had more than the four nights we spent there as I absolutely love this part of Oahu. We will definitely be back!

Such an amazing stay that my family had in Hawaii, especially with the comfort and peace that we had each minute while in the home. From the secure access into the house to the comfort throughout we felt right at home. The home is a newer condo/villa with nine other units in the same cul de sac and many others in the area. The villas did have a pool although our family did not use them. There are four lagoons nearby with easy access for calm swimming. There are not many food options in the area as this is really away from the main city, and nestled in a mixed villa/resort campus.

This was a beautiful and very clean condo. It’s located in a quiet area close to the beach. It was a great location for all of the areas we planned to visit. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to stay.

Chiarina is a friendly host, easy to communicate and supportive. Her place is cozy and comfy, with all the amenities and maintained clean. The house is located close (by car) to Haleiwa, city with excellent restaurants, and to the spectacular North Shore beaches. The neighborhood is calm, not touristic (no hotels close, just residences), and great for families with kids. We won't forget the magnific days spent in this house and all the experiences lived by my family. Thank you for being so great hosts, Chiarina and family!

We loved our stay at this jungle oasis. The place was private and peaceful and exactly what we hoped for. Jay and John were super responsive and made our stay seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend to others!

Our family of seven adults and one toddler had a great vacation here. The house had everything we needed. Having the outdoor space on the porch and in the yard was wonderful. My granddaughter loved throwing leaves into the creek and watching the fish, birds, geckos, etc. We passed by the horses as we walked to the beach. We enjoyed hiking, playing pickle ball, grilling and hanging out in and around the home. The house is well located for trips to the north shore, Polynesian Cultural Center, and windward beaches. I would highly recommend this home to families or large groups looking for a relaxing place to stay.

The Pineapple Perch was the perfect place for our family of 5. The interior has been completely updated, it was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the extra beach towels, beach toys and the wagon was a real life saver! The AC throughout the house was fantastic and we appreciated the "white noise" sound machines with the neighborhood roosters! It was so nice to have a washer and dryer as well as 2 bathrooms for those sticky sandy days. The house is excellently located for beaches, food, the PCC and everything we wanted to do! We would 100% book here again!

Chelsea’s home was everything we had hoped, and more. Perfectly home away from home. A short walk from a very swimmable beach, and a short drive from all the beaches on the north shore. We had an absolute blast! Chelsea was very attentive and responded promptly to our questions. Thanks Chelsea, we will be back!

This is the second time staying here. We love staying at this house. It is close to all of the things that we like to do on the east and north shores. Right on the beach with a shed full of beach equipment and a kayak to use as well. Walking distance to food trucks to the north and a food truck, market, and coffee shop to the south. Just five miles south of the Polynesian Cultural Center. Can’t wait to get back to the island.

I thought our stay was very nice, easy to to everything. A bit noisy being near a major road. Could use a few updates .
