Aloha! We renovated this old-style Hawaiian home so that it will have the charm of old Hawaii with modern conveniences. The Bungalow is on the first floor of the home with it's own private parking, private entry and private garden - completely secluded - the only shared space is the laundry room which is shared with one other bungalow. This garden oasis is in the most awesome location - you are 100 steps from the famous soft white-sand of Kailua Beach.
“My husband and I spent 2 weeks on the island of Oahu. We spent one week on the north shore and one week at Cheri's bungalow. Our favorite part of our trip was staying in Kailua for the location, beach, and great accommodations at Cheri’s bungalow. The bungalow really is a unique place; it felt like a home away from home - set in paradise. It was very comfortable, quite, and private. We made many trips to the market next door, went for walks on the beach every evening while we watched the kite sailors, and made a couple of trips to Honolulu to surf Waikiki. Cheri and Scott are very respectful and kind people that make you feel welcome and embody the spirit of Aloha. ”

“This well placed in the heart of Waikiki. Many dining options, prime beach and all within walking distance. It is a small place, as advertised, but perfect for those who not wanting pay to just sit in the room. I couldn’t ask for a better host. Tips would be try BBQ black cod at Ramen Place one block towards beach with patio over looking beach (starts with an M). The lower bar is also very good service. A good happy hour Appetito ask for Kesha. Skip Reef Bar and Grill. Decent wine at ABC stores. We did eat at McD’a for breakfast on morning. Ha! Enjoy!”
