Monthly Rentals in Waco

Such an amazing find. This was a great family bonding experience. We took advantage of the performance area and brought instruments and had so much fun the TV wasn’t turned on once. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. A Mexican and pizza restaurant are right across the street. The host is very responsive and nice. Highly recommend.

Visited for a competition in Berea. The property was absolutely stunning! Comfortably slept all 10 of us with room to spare. So many things to do on the property that weren’t even listed in the description. Close enough to Richmond for Walmart delivery so no need to even leave. We loved this property inside and out! John was a fantastic host and responded quickly to any questions we had. We travel to the area multiple times a year for competitions and will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in this comfortable studio. I was only there for the night. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Our stay was brief but we enjoyed it! The apartment is tastefully updated and had everything we needed. We felt right at home and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
