The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The house is a one-story house with a pool for 4 people. It is located in the center of Labin. It consists of a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room and terrace with pool. High greenery around the house provides privacy and private parking.

This fully renovated 1.5-bedroom apartment is ideally located just 300m from Labin's town center and 1km from the historic old town. Situated in a quiet area, it provides a peaceful retreat while still being within walking distance of local bars, shops, and attractions. The apartment is also a great base for those wanting to explore the medieval charm of Labin or enjoy the beaches of Rabac, just 5km away, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Villa Alison is located on a property of 800 m2, in the village Županići in untouchable nature. Explore the hinterland and try Istrian specialties like truffles, prosciutto or just have a nice glass of Istrian Malvazija. This location is a perfect starting point for visiting other cities. In this area there are little, but charming towns like Labin and Rabac.
