The social facilities include a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The building is available without the presence of the owner. A spacious garden is also available for free use. Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Nově rekonstruovaná maringotka - tiny house nabízí veškeré přednosti dnes tolik oblíbeného "glamping" ubytování: kontakt s přírodou, výhled do krajiny a zároveň veškerý moderní komfort. Výjimečná lokalita naše hosty obklopí přírodou, loukami a pastvinami s koňmi, ale zároveň se nachází v krátké docházkové vzdálenosti do centra historického města Jičín.

House number 239 is located at an altitude of 625 meters on the southwestern slope of the Černá hora mountain, 450 meters from the center of Černý Důl and 750 meters from the ski resort. The house is adjacent to a fenced garden with seating, grill, smokehouse and outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet part of the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport stop and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou.

A secluded, original, charming place to stay and relax for both two and the family. Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Beautiful views of the Chojnik Castle and the Karkonosze Mountains. There are rural buildings and farms in the area. Close to hiking trails and great cycling routes :) Wi-Fi on site, high-speed fiber optic Internet :) I highly recommend it!

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
