A quiet neighborhood in the middle of the lower Karpacz, surrounded by meadows with nice visits of roe deer, deer and rabbits. At the same time, it is close to the center (10 minutes on foot). Magnificent views of the Karkonosze and Rudawy mountains. It is a perfect place for dog owners - walking areas with wild meadows just behind our fence. Karkonosz 6 apartment in Karpacz is a cozy studio apartment for two. The 26 sqm apartment includes a living room with a kitchenette and a seating area, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the nearby forests. The entrance to the staircase is located at the upper parking lot. Guests have access to a public ski room (entrance from the outside with a code, next to the entrance to the staircase). There is a large, free car park located under the building.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage.
