Visby's neighborhood Gotland Unwind in this stunning newly-built house with nature plot in lovely surroundings seven kilometers north of Visby. Here you live close to everything with a kilometer to the sea and cozy Soul Island fishing port. The newly built house of 132m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with a double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Completely equipped laundry room with groventré. In addition to this, there are 4 great mattresses for kids to sleep on.

Fantastic little house with best location inside the wall. 100 meters to the boardwalk and the sea, a few hundred meters to the main square with its cozy nightlife. Closest parking is at the Powder Tower, about 70 m away. We welcome everyone to our home, the exception is weeks 29 and 30, when we accept families and groups of friends, over 35. The studio house by the sea

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

It is close to cafe, restaurants and convenience store within only a few kilometers. The accommodation has electricity, water connection as well as its own outdoor toilet and outdoor shower.
