Resort vacation rentals in Virginia Beach

Our family, aged, 5-75, had a great stay at the Hilton Powhatan Resort. We had plenty of space! It was basically two separate apartments - one upstairs and one downstairs. Each with two bedrooms (one en-suite), 2 bathrooms, and each had a full kitchen and living room. The downstairs one had a nice outdoor sitting area. The resort itself was great w 3 pools - pool towels provided there. You get 2 parking spots but they have guest spots as well. Everyone was friendly. Countless restaurants and stores within 5 minutes of the resort. No list of instructions for check-out. We loved it! We would definitely stay again.

Extremly clean, spacious not to mention there was and upstairs sitting area with a flat screen TV to our one bedroom unit. Great stay and price

Close to most things you'd want to do in a visit to wmsbg. Very clean and we loved using the indoor heated pool at the aquaticcenter and would love to stay again in warmer weather to enjoy other family friendly amenities

This place was wonderful. Everything was as described. Very neat, clean and SPACIOUS!! It has super exceeded our expectations! Tania the hostess was great and made sure all of our questions and concerns were properly addressed. This resort was peaceful and secure. The property was well maintained and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. We look forward to returning for future family stays

Exactly as advertised. The location was great due to the close proximity to all of the amenities( pool, tennis court, arcade, miniature golf, movie theater, kids park, fire pit, guest services). Check in was quick, and communication with Tahir was excellent. The Wyndham staff was just a text away and very friendly. Once the Wyndham adds a restaurant on-site, you don’t have to leave the premises. I would stay again.

Scott sent us detailed instructions for check in which made the process easy. The apartment was well maintained and very clean. Furthermore, it was only a 5-minute drive from Colonial Williamsburg, our principal destination

Patriot’s Place is convenient for a stay in the Williamsburg area. It is close to all attractions and if you don’t wish to utilize the kitchen, there are plenty of restaurants. If you will be cooking, there are supermarkets within 5 minutes. The grounds of the resort are well cared for and attractive. The staff is friendly and responsive. Just be aware you will have to listen to their pitch to attend a Club Windham Timeshare presentation. You can refuse and it is in no way mandatory but they will make an attempt at check-in. After that, you will not be bothered any more. I would stay here again

Great location and perfect for families! Accommodations are clean, quiet, comfortable and so convenient to all the local experiences. The surrounding grounds are beautiful and green, with small lakes and lots to enjoy by walking.

Based on the photos I was confused about what the actually space was going to look like. The picture I saw first looked like a living room and full kitchen. Otherwise it was very nice and you could see the ocean from the balcony if you looked over the rail of the balcony! The host was amazingly quick at responding and was super nice!

The view was breathtaking – waking up to the sound of waves and morning devotion on the balcony with the ocean right in front of us was truly unforgettable. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and exactly as pictured. The kitchenette was fully stocked with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and falling asleep to the sound of the sea was such a treat. The location is perfect – close enough to restaurants and shops but far enough to feel peaceful and private. Beach access was easy, and we loved having our own little slice of paradise just steps away. The only downside was an unexpected emergency water shutoff that lasted a few hours on two separate days. While it was outside the host’s control, it did impact our plans slightly. Our host was responsive, kind, and made check-in seamless. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic oceanfront escape!

Wonderful stay, location is great will most definitely be adding this one to the return stay list. Room was amazing clean, quiet and everything anyone would need for a great stay.

Easy check in and out. Floors were a little dirty but typically expect that at the beach.

This is Colonial Williamsburg, so how can you go wrong. place was clean and convenient to all attractions. Check in was easy, but could have done without the timeshare pressure, but was ready for that. would definitely come back.

The condo is centrally located to all area attractions and major highways so you shouldn't have to drive more than 30 minutes to where you want to go. The condo itself had plenty of space for our family for the week we stayed there. The amenities that are on the property are also very nice and add value to your stay.

This is a very nice home and the area has a lot to offer! I played tennis, basketball and swam in the same resort! So nice to be in walking distance of all these options.
