Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

The picturesque stone holiday house with private swimming pool, unique combination of beauty, art and nature. It is located in a small fishing village of Vinišće, located 18 km from Trogir (center of the city of Trogir UNESCO's list of protected heritage). The sea is about 600 m or 10 minutes walk. This is a magical space where is united harmony, aesthetics and creativity. Very intimate space surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation in a pleasant atmosphere in every corner.

A modern dining area is presented with a large white table surrounded by several light-colored chairs. Elegant pendant lights hang from the ceiling, illuminating the space. A glass door leads to a terrace area, with natural light enhancing the open ambiance.

Our simple, cozy, small 2 bedroom holiday house is 30 m from the beach, secluded & isolated , in a beautiful and quiet location, near the town of Trogir (a Croatian hotspot). There is a huge terrace, next to a mediterranean garden with a BBQ (grill) to enjoy your free time. You have the whole place just for yourselves! You can not come to the house with your car! The parking is free public parking on the street around 35 m away from the house.
