Monthly Rentals in Villavara

This was a lovely apartment, much more spacious than the photos depict! The host was very friendly and good with communications. The apartment is situated close to the old town and near the train station. It has everything you could possibly need and it is also very quiet. I really enjoyed my time here and would certainly recommend it if you were thinking of having a break in Modena, with easy side trips to Parma, Bologna etc etc. Thank you Lucia & Beatrice!

Giuliano and his wife are super nice people. We felt right at home! The place was very clean and has everything you need. The location is quiet but by car you can quickly get to Modena. Giuliano was friendly and helpful with every question. My family and I would come back.

I had an incredible time staying here, spending time with Enrico and his friends and family. It was beautiful to share different ingredients while cooking, to eat together, play games and have conversations with a lot of great people. It didn't feel forced and just went natural. It was great to explore the local area by bike and there is always some very useful advice to help you. The building is stunning with so much love and detail put into it, you will discover something new every single day. For me it was a unique, authentic and heart-warming experience and I will come back! Thank you!
