Monthly Rentals in Villa Pigna

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

The apartment is really very nice, exceptionally furnished, very clean and especially the location could not have been better. In a few minutes you can reach the main sights and the beautiful Piazza del Popolo. Ascoli Piceno is a very beautiful city and a visit is highly recommended. Check-in was easy, Daniela personally greeted us in front of the house. We would stay here again at any time.

This is our third stay here at this beautiful Villa and each time it gets harder to leave! Lots of fabulous days and evenings spent with Andrea and Enzo over some delicious food and wine together with their family and friends who have become our family and friends too! Andrea is fluent in English and Italian and there are other different dialects and languages to enjoy listening to in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. Ripattoni may be small but it is huge jn personality where the villagers welcome you with open arms. Beautiful Villa with stunning scenery and so peaceful too but with restaurants and bars a short distance away you can have the best of both worlds. Can’t wait to come back. One of the best Airbnb we have stayed! Spacious, immaculate, well-appointed, comfortable bed! Everything one needs is provided! Maria Grazia was a wonderful host pleasant helpful and available if needed. We enjoy a fan when we sleep and within minutes of asking if possible … we had one!! Highly recommend location … literally a 2 minute walk across a charming medieval stone bridge and you are in the best part of the historic center of Ascoli Piceno. Great stay!
