Simple older cabin, fully equipped. 10/15 min drive to Kristiansand City Centre, 10min to Golf Club, 15 min to Dyreparken and shopping center, 15 min to Aquarama(Badeland) and it is about 1.5km from the sea(Justvik boat harbor). The cabin is located in a peaceful area near Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and barbecue area. Great hiking area. Nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cabin (open until 23:00 man - Saturday).

Walking distance to Moseidmoen sports ground, where SørCup is arranged. 25 min to Dyrepark and 15 min by car to Kr.sand. 15 min drive to Bulk at Støleheia. Walking distance to salmon river and swimming area, bus stop, shop, hiking area and nearby street kitchen. Guests have free access to the gazebo and the garden. Private entrance. The cleaning, linen/mock are not included in the price.

The road has a toll booth at both ends. 100 m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. You don't need a fishing license.

Large parking space by the house. 25 minutes to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing pier. Vennesla is a cozy municipality at the intersection of village and city.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an undisturbed little south-facing terrace. If you want adrenaline rush, it is about 40 min drive to rafting and climbing park on Evje, 25 minutes to knit jump in the gorge on Øvrebø, 25 min to southern idyll at Fiskebrygga in Kr. Sand.
