Small house by the lake with its own dock

Newly built house/cabin with its own dock for rent by Lake Vällan in Falun. In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun. There are both rowing boats and SUPs that allow for trips out on Vällan. During the winter, there is the possibility of both long-distance skating and cross-country skiing when the track and trails are prepared if the weather and surface allow. The house is about 50 m2 and has a small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, fully equipped bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house, there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. Rent our pool house! Newly built "apartment" of about 25 sqm with spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities and room with kitchen, sofa and 160 cm bed. Bedlinen and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside included. You can store your skis or bikes in locked space if you wish. About 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country tracks, bathhouses, bike trails and the university Dalarna. 3 minutes drive to the city center and grocery stores.

A small amazing cozy house that is well planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to all Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the natural paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and falu mine etc. NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the bed before departure. The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Amazing nature with many opportunities for outdoor recreation, hikes, mtb, swimming, mushroom and berry picking. Within about 30 minutes, you also reach Falun and Borlänge with, among other things, nice sports facilities - Lugnets Sports Facility, Romme Alpin. Also Carl Larsson's Farm, Falu Mine and Dalarna Museum. Dalhalla, Rättvik, just over an hour.
