I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and cozy. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I have to say, Jo's communication was as good as I've experienced from an AirBnB host. Excellent information (especially how to find the entrance) great messages checking with us, and even an offer of a late check out. A+ The accommodation was just wonderful, super comfortable bed, the wood fire was already lit for us, and the shower magnificent. We'd happily recommend and would stay there again.

Cosy, warm and comfortable with lovely views and sunsets.There were many thoughtful touches to make this a perfect stay. Val and Andy have thought of everything and want to ensure their guests have a great stay. There were generous breakfast provisions including freshly pressed orange juice as well as snacks, fruit and homemade preserves. We enjoyed the local wildlife and the peaceful surrounds. It was a good base for exploring the Wilson’s Prom and nearby areas.

Michele was super lovely and hospitable. The space was perfect for us and I’d highly recommend it to any couple looking to get away. Furthermore, it’s right next to a Japanese day spa and the spa in the accomodation itself made the night. We’ll definitely be back.

Loved our stay ! Very convenient location right on the beach, and easy walking to the town centre and wharf area. The view was breathtaking. The host was great, excellent communication. Also had everything we wanted, and matched perfectly the photos and description.

Peaceful escape with nothing to do but enjoy the view and relax. Accomodation is comfortable and has all you need in terms of amenities. James is a great host and it’s great to have a dog friendly place with a great and secure yard.

We had a beautiful stay at Chris and Chey’s place for a quiet weekend away to focus and slow down. The bath was exceptional and the space was spacious and private. Loved the little touches of snacks, handwritten note and drinks. Thank you!!

What a wee gem Helens and David’s place was we felt right at home the moment we walked in. Toasty warm, comfortable bed lovely linen and towels. It was roomy and kitchen well equipped with lovely breakfast supplies. Helen and David super friendly and nothing was a problem. We rate it 5 stars and will be back.

As a nursing student coming from Melbourne, this accomedation's location was perfect for traveling to and from the hospital (a 5 minute walk). It was clean and had everything I needed for a 2 week stay. It was also a short walk to the nearby lake, which has a beautiful view. The Host was wonderful and very accommodating to my needs, and responded quickly to my personal messages. The sofa was so comfortable that I even fell asleep on it twice! Over all a 10/10 stay

Helen was a lovely, friendly host and her place was very clean, warm and comfortable. It is in a beautiful garden with a bush walking track just out the back gate. We enjoyed our few days there and hope to stay again.

Five star place. Meg was a terrific and responsive host. Room was large, well laid out and the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook two proper meals. Comfy bed. Plenty of space to park.

Perfect for a weekend getaway! Right off the Main Street of Lorne, walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. Only a short to drive to waterfalls and other sights in the area. Had beautiful weather for a drive along the great ocean road as well.

We arrived after a long day on the road to a clean, cosy and warm house. Bernadette was very responsive to our questions. The extra basics required for tea, coffee and breakfast cereal etc made for an easy stay. Would highly recommend! Trish

Bedding was comfortable, and amenities very clean, and well considered. Host (Jamie) was wonderful with arrival, check in and was available during the stay if needed. Will be back soon!

The perfect little getaway for our young family of four. Endless toys, gameboards and books for the little ones and the snacks provided are so greatly appreciated! We spent a truly lovely and very comfortable couple of days at Marees. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, spotless, the coffee pod machine and breakfast biscuits and chocolates were happily welcomed, the bathroom was very spacious and overall it ticked all boxes for us. We didn't use our car for the duration - it was an easy walk to Bendigo Arts Centre, Rosalind Park and surrounds, the historic tram and all sorts of eating options. Lovely place, warm and cosy for winter in Melbourne, very comfortable bed, Shane and Nuan are great hosts, communication was quickly responded, l definitely recommend, beach, shops and train station all walking distance ☺️👌

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Captain’s Cove Waterfront Apartments! The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The indoor heated pool was a fantastic bonus—it was clean, warm, and perfect for a swim any time of day. Waking up to the stunning waterfront view each morning was truly magical. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close to shops, cafes, and local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Susan was fantastic to deal with and supplied everything we needed for our stay with our 2 year old, including: Toys, high chair, eating utensils, bowls/plates, cot, blankets a small table and chair. This created a stress free stay as every parent knows how annoying it is to pack all these things for a stay. We Couldn’t be happier with the location and we loved that we could see sheep from the backyard! Thanks Susan!

Such a cosy and welcoming place that was prefect for a relaxing getaway. The place was beautifully kept, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like cosy. Nell was incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay amazing. 10/10 would go again

We made some requests to better suit the needs of our young grandchildren and Brett satisfied all our requirements efficiently and effectively. Brett ensured we had plenty of firewood to stoke the wood burner and we knew we could call on him if need be during our stay. The property is located on beautiful peaceful surroundings.
