Own small toilet with sink (cold water). 15 minutes by bike to Aarhus C and e.g. AROS, Musikhuset, The Old Town. Forest and beach can also be reached by bike. Otherwise about 7 minwalk to bus. Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

Our house is located very close (100 m ) to the river "Gudenaaen", and the oak tree forrest. You will love our house, because of the location, and the outdoor areas. The room is a good choise for couples (+ one small child ), fishermen, tourists and business travelers.
