Beautiful house in a beautiful location, very much recommend.

Christian's house is very cozy, with many facilities to enjoy as a family. It was perfect for us as we came to visit family living in Mårslet. We were 4 adults traveling with 3 small girls and we were very comfortable, we enjoyed it, young and old. Spacious house with areas for adults and play areas for the little ones. A large garden to enjoy sunny days and with forest areas and green areas to enjoy the surrounding nature, two supermarkets very close to buy everything you need, with some places to eat and drink within walking distance. With the ease of going by bus or train to the center of Århus. We loved the movie nights while the little ones slept comfortably and the days in downtown Aarhus or the beach to enjoy the tranquility. Everything was really perfect! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

We were more than excited about the place! The house is totally stylishly furnished, large, offers plenty of space for eight people to spend time together, but also to be able to retreat. The kitchen is nice and large to work with several people at the same time and if it is warm enough you can even go to the terrace to eat. The house offers privacy and coziness. Julie was easy to reach for any questions. By bus you can easily and quickly get to the city center and by car you can reach the water in less than 10 minutes. We felt at home, it will certainly not have been our last visit!! 12/10

We stayed at Jacob's beautiful house for the third time. Now in spring, the garden is especially colorful and beautiful! It was super relaxed again and there is really everything you need. Thanks for the nice and uncomplicated communication, too! We will be happy to come back.

We have enjoyed Easter in Jan's lovely cottage with a fantastic location in Ballen. The house is 2 minutes from Ballen harbor, so it was super easy to get to Ballen's cozy and good dining places. There is both morning and evening sun on the large terrace, which we also enjoyed. The house is nice and bright, clean and in great condition. The beds are really good. This is not the last time we will rent Jan's cottage.

The apartment is located in an extremely quiet area, ideal for relaxing. The hot tub was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. Walks in the beautiful surroundings are also very worthwhile. The apartment itself is well equipped, clean and very cozy, especially the home cinema impressed us. The host was also super nice and helpful. A clear recommendation!

We had a really good stay with Lene. Beautiful home with plenty of room for all of us: we were 2 adults and 4 children aged 1, 5, 8 and 13 years. We were particularly pleased to be able to go down to the beach and swim in just a few minutes. For the hot tub and sauna, which worked perfectly (Lene had made good and precise instructions for use). Everything you need in the kitchen. Nice and clean everywhere. Enclosed garden where children can play safely and well. Very welcoming and responsive host, who among other things gave tips to visit the fish house. We'd love to come back another time.

Fantastic nice apartment within walking distance to everything in and around Ballen city. Cozy apartment with everything you need during your stay. Incredible luxury with both an east-facing and west facing terrace. Adam is a superhost but quick positive answers and is incredibly helpful. Definitely not the last time we'll return to this gem on Samsø.

Anna and Palle were very friendly hosts. The furnishings of the accommodation are lovingly equipped in detail and you will find everything you need in your everyday life in the kitchen. The outdoor area offers seating and sun loungers around the house. A four-legged friend can walk around here without a leash. The walk to the sea is less than 100 meters away. A parking space on the property offers additional privacy.

The finest house with so many beautiful details. The living room is so cozy to stay in, to sit on the sofa with a book while the rain drums on the skylight windows is fantastic 😁 Water, walking street and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The children loved the TV in the room, the playground of the industrial museum 🤩 and the prison. All in all, a fantastic place that we will miss. And Pia is a fantastic host!

The apartment is in a quiet location. Everything was as described. The apartment is lovingly furnished and was above average clean. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We can only recommend them. It was perfect for us.

What a great apartment, what a lovely hostess. We felt at home from the first moment. If the area weren't so nice, you could spend the whole day in the armchair by the large window and look at the sea. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, super clean and lovingly furnished. For children, there is a play tower with a swing and sandbox. There are many seats in Lotte's beautiful garden and a beautiful sandy beach with a jetty is within walking distance. We would love to come back!

Nicely located apartment which was absolutely perfect for a family holiday on Aarhus Island.

We spent a week in the summer house and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house corresponded to the pictures and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Titte was a good host and available at any time. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the summer house!

We were very happy with the stay and chose to stay three days longer than planned. Good opportunities for an active stay for both children and adults. Sports hall, swimming pool, nice hiking areas, playground outside and indoor playroom for the kids on a rainy day. Nice location down by the water. We had a great week with our friends (10 adults and 11 kids)! The amenities corresponded to the photos. Particularly practical is the layout of the house: upstairs are the large living & dining area as well as the kitchen anyway. In the lower area is the pool and activity room. So we could play table tennis etc. downstairs if the kids were already asleep upstairs. The view of the horse paddock and the sea is super nice. We would have preferred to take the view home with us. The house was clean upon our arrival except for a few small things. We have clarified these directly with DanCenter. The communication was very friendly and answers came quickly at all times. The beautiful village of Ebeltoft can be reached in 5 minutes by car or about 20-30 minutes walk to the supermarket/place. Conclusion: we would definitely book the house again.

really nice summerhouse, well decorated and nice that you can see Gudenåen by just walking a few meters away from the house. very fun with mini golf and badminton. highly recommended for 2-3 couples as well as children.

We enjoyed it very much. There is enough space in the house and everything is exactly as described in the advertisement. Simon helped us find a good mooring for our boat, which was very kind. Clear recommendation!

Great location. Alot of things to do in the area. The house is big enough for a family.

Beautiful holiday home well equipped and spacious enough for our family of six adults and two children. The communal pool and kindergarten is really nice. The place is very quiet and green. The only downside is the pillows that are very worn, not very comfortable and yellowed.
