Vacation rentals with beach access in Versilia

A true gem! We are a family of 4 (2 teens) and stayed 2 nights. Great location, comfortable and clean with plenty of amenities but what truly makes it so special is the host. Martha (and Francesco) could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They go above and beyond to give their guests VIP treatment. We would book again without hesitation and highly recommend (including taking one Francesco’s boat tours (we did sunset tour)).

Leonardo's place in Riomaggiore was everything we hoped for, and more! The apartment was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It included so many little extras: a Nespresso machine, biscuits, Nutella (!), bottled water and even Prosecco! The balcony was absolute heaven. A perfect place to drink coffee in the morning, watch beautiful sunsets every night and to people watch at any time. The pizza restaurant right downstairs, Rio Pizza, had delicious pizza and the people there are so friendly and warm. There's also a gelato store right down stairs. We booked a sunset boat trip, which was so much fun, and left from the water front right below our apartment. I could go on and on. Perfect location, perfect apartment. We loved everything about it.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Ottima la posizione dell'alloggio vicino al mare ed alla passeggiata. Ottima la pulizia. Eleonora è molto simpatica, gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Wir waren kurz vor der vereibarten Zeit beim Haus, direkt an der breiten Promenade und konnten das Auto in der blauen Zone abstellen. Daniela kam pünktlich und half uns freundlicher Weise das Gepäck ins Apartment zu tragen. Das Apartment ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd und großem Kühlschrank, Prosecco und Obstschale inklusive! Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist wirklich toll, dafür nimmt man den Aufstieg durch das " schlanke" Stiegenhaus gerne in Kauf. Nach der Schlüsselübergabe fuhr Daniele mit mir in die Tiefgarage ums Eck, wo ich das Auto in einer eigenen Box abstellen konnte. Daniels freundlicher Einladung in das Srandbad seiner Familie in Marina di Petrosanto sind wir wetterbedingt nicht gefolgt. Wir haben Daniee als sehr fürsorglichen Gastgeber kennengelernt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch die Abreise mit Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar geklappt.

Our hosts were great! Can I give 6 stars? Anne took the lead in sharing her love of the area and her in-laws’ apartment. She met us at check-in and showed us around, offered to make restaurant reservations ahead, recommended activities, and was very proactive in communication, including explaining how some of the trails and transport works. The place is great; right in the heart of Rio. (The town isn’t exactly quiet… nothing a white noise app can’t fix.) Had everything we needed. The apartment was comfy and clean and was a great home base— restaurants, gelato, grocer and pharmacy right below. One small caveat — the second BR does not have its own AC. The living room and main BR both have AC — we just moved the roll-out bed into the LR.

Kelly hat uns am Bahnhof erwartet und hat uns die Unterkunft gezeigt.Sie war sehr freudlich,sehr sympatisch und hat uns alle Erklärungen gegeben so dass wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Riomaggiore hatten😊Mit Yuri haben wir am Abend die Sunset Bootstour gemacht,was einfach nur fantastisch war.Yuri und Kelly waren sehr gastfreundlich und sehr kommunikativ,als wir Fragen hatten.Wir empfehen die Unterkunft weiter und danken Kelly und Yuri für ihre Gastfreundschaft.Riomaggiore und alle Dörfer der Cinque terre sind einfach nur wunderschön.🥰

My wife and I had an amazing stay here and would definitely book it again. The hosts, Rosanna and Salvatore, were wonderful. They were very friendly and responsive. They met us near the train station upon our arrival and showed us the beautiful looking home as well as recommendations for the area during our stay. The home itself was very clean and looked so cool. The best part was having a giant private terrace overlooking the water. Amazing views! Wish we stayed here longer.

Paola was an amazing host warm, welcoming, and truly thoughtful. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home, and her hospitality left a lasting impression. The space was comfortable, clean, and full of charm. I’m so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Это было одно из лучший проживаний! Милый, красивый домик со всеми удобствами и инструкциями. Хозяева очень дружелюбные люди, всегда помогу и подскажут, они заботятся о комфорте для заселяющихся,даже лучше, чем в дорогом отеле! Это был восторг, место в 7 минутах от моря, можно встречать красивые закаты. Очень ухоженная территория, абрикосовое дерево и вокруг красота! Я с нетерпением жду встречи снова, я не хотела уезжать, мне было очень комфортно!

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Antonellas place is the best! We particularly enjoyed the rooftop patio overlooking the coast. We weren’t sure which town to stay in when we booked but ended up being so glad we chose Corniglia- each Cinque Terre village gets busy and crowded during the day, but Corniglia in particular gets so quiet and peaceful after all the crowds leave. It was so relaxing!! Thank you Antonella!!

This house is magical. :) The ancient stone walls married with the beautifully modern and renovated kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The views exceptional. Our family of 5 (3 kids, young professionals, in their 20s) were completely at home and always excited for their next adventure. There was something for everyone - hiking, swimming, wonderful restaurants, and adventures to other villages and towns. The trains, trails, and shuttles met every need. The TWO terraces were family central to admire views, share stories of the day, and be together. Corniglia is delightful. It empties out in the evening and we felt like locals. The villagers were so welcoming. Christina was a perfect host. We all want to come back.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Paola was very easy and quick to communicate with. As Americans be prepared if you are heat intolerant, there is AC but it never really got cool in the unit. It is a walk up so it’s a bit choppy and might be tough if you have a lot of luggage. The location is very convenient. Walkable to the promenade and many cute shops. I do wish there had been some more light in the unit but overall it was a very nice stay.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à 6 avec 2 ados et 2 enfants. Lerici qui est à 2 km est un bon point de départ pour visiter les 5 Terres en bateau. Lerici et Tellaro sont également très agréables à visiter. Le logement est calme et confortable. Les différentes terrasses sont agréables.

Es war wunderschön mitten in Tellaro zu wohnen und auf der Dachterrasse mit dem fantastischen Blick zu frühstücken! Das Häuschen ist sehr gekonnt renoviert und liebevoll mit ausgewählten Stücken möbliert. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und wir wurden sehr nett von Lola empfangen. Es gibt im Haus einige Treppen, die man erklimmen muß, um dann schließlich auf der Dachterrasse zu landen, das sollte einem bewußt sein. Wir hatten eine tolle, entspannte Zeit, in der wir wandern waren (direkt vom Haus aus), Cinque Terre besucht haben, immer wieder baden waren und natürlich die Restarants vor Ort ausprobiert haben. Es war alles perfekt, vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux chez Maria Grazia ! Le logement est magnifique et la vue éblouissante. C'est très paisible et on y dort très bien. Maria Grazia est très à l'écoute et réactive. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis. Le jardin est agréable pour tout le monde, y compris notre chien. Le four à pizza extérieur nous a beaucoup plu ! La situation est à la fois calme et proche de Lerici à pieds. Lerici et les villages environnants n'ont rien à envier aux cinque terres car ils sont magnifiques et loin de la foule ;) Nous recommandons totalement ce logement.

The view from this apartment is incredible. The photos don’t really do it justice. We had our coffee and pastries out each morning and one night pizza for dinner. I appreciate that there is a table and not just chairs. Riomaggiore can be kind of noisy at night but the bedroom windows solidly kept any noice out. The downstairs rooms and bathroom are really spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the washing machine twice and I greatly appreciate that pods were provided. Michele was so friendly, helpful and communicative when I was trying to sort out a fishing trip for my family. He saved the day! Would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s apartment! The place is modern, stylish, and very clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Maria was extremely helpful and thoughtful—she provided everything we needed for our toddler, including toys, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift, so just something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or small children. That said, the location is great, with a beautiful seaside promenade just a short walk away. Highly recommend this apartment and host—thank you, Maria!

This place in Manarola was magical. Cannot recommend it enough. You should absolutely take advantage of Erica & Davide’s guidebook too as everything they suggest was amazing, especially the bike ride from Levanto through the old train tunnels and the beach in Bonassola. 10/10 would recommend their condo - everything was very easy, home & balcony were beautiful, and it was a perfect location.

Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e prestativos, nos receberam muito bem, o apartamento é confortável, bem decorado, limpo, bem equipado com tudo que uma família precisa para passar ótimas férias a beira mar. A localização é perfeita, próximo ao mar, ao comércio que se pode ir a pé, ao calçadão de Viareggio, que é muito agradável para caminhar a qualquer hora, estacionamento para o carro é abundante, a proximidade de pontos turísticos de toda a Toscana (Florença, Pisa, etc..) e de Cinque Terre foi fundamental para nossas férias. Com certeza recomendo este anfitrião e este apartamento para estadia de férias.

Ilenia’s place is adorable, clean, and, quiet and has a great vibe. Ilenia’s check-in and check out instructions were so clear with detailed photographs showing the way. Ilenia was so responsive and kind, even bringing us additional toilet paper and beach towels. Ilenia is a great host and we loved coming back to the calmness of her place after long days out hiking, etc. P.S. the stairs getting in are steep, but just hold the handrail, there are steep stairs all over the cinque terre. 100% recommend

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

Very cute appartement! Conveniently located, close to a big supermarket and not far from both the train station and the city center. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags before the check-in time. She also provided us with some toiletries and towels! We were very happy with our choice to stay here.

Antonella's and Luigi's house is in a nice residental area with a beautiful garden which guests can use. Parking was easy in front of the house. Antonella and Luigi are very welcoming and great hosts. Comunication was easy and fast. The appartement offers everything one needs and I liked it very much. There are several free beaches easily reachable by foot or car (free parking). Carrara is a good location for sightseeing as the highway is close as well as the train station. I highly recommend their place and would love to come back one day.
