Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.

Our stay with Sheila and Silvia was fantastic! They were terrific hosts, and the property exceeded our expectations with its beauty and impeccable cleanliness. We opted for extra meals and a cooking class, and everything was outstanding. Silvia is an incredible chef, and the dinners she prepared were some of our best meals during our trip to Italy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The property offers stunning views, nestled in the hills about a 20-25 minute drive from Cortona via scenic, winding roads, so having a car is essential. There’s so much to explore within a 30-minute to 2-hour drive, from lakeside towns and wine tastings to thermal baths, spas, charming medieval villages, and plenty of Michelin-starred restaurants. I highly recommend booking here for a relaxing, delicious, and comfortable getaway.

The stay at Andreas and Natchana's was very nice, quiet, relaxing and dog-friendly. The fenced garden, which is also protected from wildlife by a pasture fence, not only offers a well-maintained pool, but has everything you need for your needs. There are plenty of different seating/reclining options and a barbecue corner with its own sink. In general, the garden in the evening with its lighting, the lake in the background and the fireflies is an absolute dream ambience. The house is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. There is everything in dishes and spices, so you only have to buy food. Who books this place won't be sorry for you.

Tranquil spot on Lago Trasimeno! great lake views from the room. Gabriele was super helpful with some info on local times and concerns. Everything worked and was pleasant!

I won't soon forget the wonderful view from the terrace and the infinite tranquility - a really nice stay. My dog really enjoyed the large property where she could move freely. The house was very clean and functionally furnished. The pool was great, too. Overall, we felt very comfortable. Communication with Valentina or Valentin's husband was very straightforward. I was impressed by the speed of the response: when there was a problem in the bathroom, I had just sent the message, he was already standing in front of me and fixed the problem. If you are looking for peace, a magnificent view and a great environment with very nice landlords, this is the place to be!!

The place is very nice and comfortable for the families. There is a huge garden, swings for kids, garden table and chairs for all apartments. We spent there very nice 3 weeks, visiting many Toscan and Umbrian cities and landscapes. The apartment was clean and had all facilities needed for a longer stay. The only thing was that the water in the pool was rather cold, so kids didin't enjoy spending time there, but this was probably due to early autum time, we've been there in Sept/Oct. Stefania was a great host, she recomended us lovely restaurant and invited us for wine and olive tasting and also helped when I had hand contusion. All in all it was wonderful time and whole family definately recomends this place!

We had an incredible stay at Borgo Torale. The setting is tranquil, with serene views and just a short drive to Passignano sul Trasimeno. Each apartment has its own Wi-Fi network, and while we occasionally had to switch to a stronger signal, the connection was decent for a countryside location. Access is easiest by car, with a half-kilometer of white dust road to navigate. Parking is ample, with a remote-controlled gate. The grounds are beautifully kept, with plenty of seating areas to enjoy nature. The highlight for us was the wonderful pool, complete with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, where we spent most of our three days. Almost all windows have nets except in the kitchen. And there is one AC in the master bedroom. The hosts were friendly, easygoing, and helpful, even providing extra keys when needed. Additionally, a supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away, which was very convenient.
