The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Anjuna Aloccasia ! From the moment I arrived, their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up to ensure comfort and convenience. Every little detail was taken care of, showing how much effort they put into making guests feel welcome. Both Rohit and Rahul were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. I truly appreciated the “feel like home” vibe—it made the experience even more special. Highly recommended, and I’d love to stay here again!

Raghav is a gem, he made our stay extremely comfortable by ease in checkin, quick communication, and accomodating changes. We felt right at home in his place, there were times in our stay where we just rested it out in the apartment over stepping out. The place is also tastefully done and we loved everything about it. Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

Amazing and wonderful experience at this feel like home apartment Naveen was a truly great guy he knows everything the needs of the guest and everything was spot on the apartment had everything from cutlery to washing machine from microwave to iron there was everything even the bathrooms were so clean surely i will visit this apartment next time when i came to Goa.. Evis' Joes's Haven is a new muse for us in North Goa. The apartment is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Saligao with 20 minute access to beaches like Candolim and Calangute. The apartment had all the amenities listed on Airbnb and was squeaky clean when we got there. It is spacious and airy with adequate space to store your belongings. The bathroom was clean and maintained. We could cook up and store our meals without any problem. Evis was very helpful in case we required any help. The housekeeper would turn up as required. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Great place. Barca themed and fabulously maintained. You get everything you need around. whether you are planning for peaceful vacation or a adventure filled one, you get best of both worlds here. The infinity pool is well maintained fantastic view. The jacuzzi in apartment is perfect relaxation much needed during vacation break. No second thought if you are looking to book.

Ahh where do I start! House is soooo beautiful that it takes you a second to absorb the beauty. It’s extremely clean with a breathtaking view. It’s exactly like the pictures. The host is very gracious and helpful. Would recommend it everyone especially girls travelling alone. It’s very safe. Definitely coming back soon.
