I had a wonderful stay at Anjuna Aloccasia ! From the moment I arrived, their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully set up to ensure comfort and convenience. Every little detail was taken care of, showing how much effort they put into making guests feel welcome. Both Rohit and Rahul were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. I truly appreciated the “feel like home” vibe—it made the experience even more special. Highly recommended, and I’d love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect right in the center, making it super convenient to get around. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made our experience even better. The house itself was fantastic, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The only minor issue we faced was with one of the AC units, it worked initially but would stop after a while, not sure why. Apart from that, everything was spotless and well-maintained. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

I was traveling alone and this place was perfect to relax and get some work done at the same time. it looked exactly as it did in the photos, with the locality nested within a peaceful and serene housing society. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

Thank you Sumer for a great stay! The duplex apartment was spotless and some thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. We appreciated Sumer's quick responses and helpful recommendations. We’d love to stay here again!

Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

I absolutely loved the stay! The place was exceptionally well-equipped with everything I could possibly need, making it feel just like home. Cleanliness was truly up to the mark—every corner was spotless and well-maintained. What stood out the most was the warm, positive vibe of the entire space, which made the atmosphere so relaxing and enjoyable. Firstly, the property is located at a very great location. You need not worry to travel very far to find a decent place to hangout or dine in with live music. Everything is almost walkable. Along with that, the supermarket, covered the basic needs. The ambience of the property is very peaceful. Very well maintained swimming pool. Manali is very proactive and gave very clear cut instructions. She always responded in time when needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing and wonderful experience at this feel like home apartment Naveen was a truly great guy he knows everything the needs of the guest and everything was spot on the apartment had everything from cutlery to washing machine from microwave to iron there was everything even the bathrooms were so clean surely i will visit this apartment next time when i came to Goa.. Thank you.

We had an incredible time at this holiday home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Trust me, property is same as seen in pictures. The location was perfect—peaceful. Best thing is Swiggyis working fine and u can order anytime anything. Only flaw is water level height in swimming pool which is high upto 4 ft which is not ok for kids. Need to keep it 3 ft or lower so that kids can enjoy. Else we truly felt at home and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. If u have a Car or a rental Car thn this place is one of the best option to stay.

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

Nice stay with a friendly host. It's within walking distance of small shops and restaurants and not too far away from the beach. The home was comfortable for a family that needed a bit of space. The security guard was helpful as well.

Ahh where do I start! House is soooo beautiful that it takes you a second to absorb the beauty. It’s extremely clean with a breathtaking view. It’s exactly like the pictures. The host is very gracious and helpful. Would recommend it everyone especially girls travelling alone. It’s very safe. Definitely coming back soon.

Property is well maintained and clean. Caretaker Avdesh is also very helpful and approachable. He is always a call away if you face any issue. Location is also very good and in close proximity with near by attraction. Owner Terrence Salvador also helped me with proper advice for a medical emergency in family. Overall it is a very satisfactory experience.
