Bob was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house was also super clean and cozy, we felt right at home and it was the perfect getaway for our vacation.

I really loved this stay! her clear instructions were so helpful, she labeled everything making it easy for me to find things. I felt like I was at home. It was extremely quiet, the view was amazing, the city was amazing. I also went to Sedona, it was only a 35 minute drive which was perfect! Gwenn's place is truly a hidden gem. It's a magical little place to get away from it all. Yet, just minutes away from everything amazing about Sedona. The adorable goats and chickens were the perfect neighbors. Gwenn was a wonderful host with great insight about the area and dedication to a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back.

Described well. Feels like a well treated home. Plenty of kitchen utensils and essentials. Keurig set with water, pods and sugar alternatives set out, and plenty of small touches made this a great experience. Beds soft, master bed softest. Multiple hair dryers. Candles around the home to add to spa like atmosphere. Lighters, tape, flashlights, first aid, all great things kept in this home. A few pool float choices. Plenty of seating/lounging options (brown loungers no longer present). Outdoor TV area is nice and covered during wet nights. Careful sharp plants around pool area (pulled some towel threads that got caught). Host guidebook well laid out. Covered car parking space was helpful. Check out instructions not overwhelming. Wish checkout was a little later naturally to get more time to enjoy, but it's a big property I'm sure it takes a lot of time to get it sparkling the way we found it upon arrival. Oh and pool was clean great temp. No unexpected visitors during our stay was good.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. I highly recommend Randall and his vacation rentals, he is friendly and made us well informed in all the things we need to know prior to check-in and expectations all through out the stay. The place is presentable with our guests and right after we arrived we already felt at home. Great stay, space and rent are just all right.

Loved this place! My family of 5 (3 kids, all 20+) came to Sedona as we love to hike. While it was about a 20-25 min drive to get where we wanted to go, we enjoyed the quiet location this home had to offer. The outdoor area was amazing. We found ourselves sitting around the fire pit watching the sunrise, the pool and hot tub after our hikes, and the large outdoor table for eating and games. Inside was just as nice with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared. I also appreciated the mount of starter supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc) that were left for us to use. We didn’t need to purchase anything for our 5 night stay. There were also plenty of bath and pool towels. If we are ever in the Sedona area again, we would definitely choose this home again.

By Far I was blown away with my son's reaction to this place he picked for his birthday. He wanted to be with Nature and this place did not disappoint. He was so in love He probably could have spent a month there. It was an amazing peaceful experience and made it so worth everything. I honestly loved the Welcome sign and everything. I will definitely be recommending to my fri3nfs.

Had a wonderful stay here. Area was beautiful and there were lots of places to walk to. Even better at night! Only downside is there are no cameras in the parking garage and we had some things stolen from our car the first night. Still had an amazing time and would definitely book again.

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

The hosts were awesome! They were super responsive to all my questions before and during my stay. The location was perfect, very peaceful and not far from old town scottsdale. Check-in was easy and the space was as described. Highly recommend.

Brandon's place is a Jerome gem. It's clean, cute, well-appointed and well-placed within Jerome, with parking to boot. It has a very nice and peaceful vibe. I highly recommend it. We did not have to reach out to Brandon, as the instructions were clear and thorough, and we had no issues with the property, but Brandon checked in pre and post-arrival, and he seemed very accessible. Thank you Brandon! We really enjoyed our stay at Mrs. Garcia's Getaway!
