Hot Tub is steps outside the bedroom's sliding door. Walking access to hiking trails. Owners live adjacently, with separate entry & private space; the only shared space is the driveway.

This unique wood structure house has three levels. Each level has it's own entrance, deck and living quarters (we reside on the very top). Long-term tenants live on the middle floor. It has mature pine trees and other shade trees surrounding the deck to keep it cool in the summer and beautiful during cooler months. Just three miles to Whiskey Row there is easy access to trails, hiking, kayaking, parks, restaurants, night life, colleges, museums and many more attractions in the area.
