Everything is correct. The hostess gave us details of all kinds at all times. The apartment complies very well. Saying that we have been in April, so the issue of the heat in the home can't evaluate it, although the rooms have a ceiling fan. Summarizing, 100% advisable.

Great apartment with pools, short walk to the beach and to some nice restaurants close by. Apartment was very comfortable for us and we would recommend it for families with children as they loved the pool! Thanks Dominka!

We came back to this amazing rural house and once again had a perfect stay. Everything is spotless, smells great, and every detail is so well thought out — from the pool, barbecue, massage chair, billiards, darts, and board games to a fully equipped kitchen and tons of TV channels. You don't need to leave the house for anything — it's the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Martyn and his wife are truly exceptional hosts: kind, thoughtful, and incredibly meticulous. You can tell they put their heart into everything. We’ll definitely be back again — it already feels like our little peaceful getaway. Highly, highly recommended.

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Lovely house fitted with everything you could need. Lovely complex that felt private and secure. Very close to the beach. Short drive to Mojocar with lots of bars and restaurants. Had concerns about the location of the beach club and noise but it was actually quite nice having ambient music playing during the day. A little noisier at the weekend but fine. Internet connection really good. Looking forward to returning to Vera and would stay at the house again

Thankfully surprised with the Accommodation that has everything you need, but what made the stay more pleasant was Paola's good attention. From minute one was attentive. It was super flexible on the issue of entry and exit so, I can only thank you for the kindness and good treatment. 100% recommended

Christian was an exceptional host. Responsive, available, accommodating. The rented property corresponds in every way to the listing and better. The view of the pool and the sea, the calm, the surrounding restaurants ( we recommend the Gourmet), the secure space... Really a place to discover.

Staying in Yves apartment was like a home from home. From the moment we arrived we were impressed. The apartment was clean, very well appointed. We have stayed in well equipped apartments in the past, but this was by far and away the best equipped we have stayed in. We were staying for 3 weeks and the supply of linen, towels and bedding was exceptional. There were added extras, shopping bags, a shopping trolley. We both cook, the equipment and utensils provided are well beyond the usual -storage bags and plastic boxes! This is the first apartment we have ever stayed at, that has provided these. Normally these items, we need to go out and buy for the holiday. We definitely recommend this venue. (Providing you do not book it, when we want to go again!!!)

I can only have good words for this accommodation and for Miguel (and his sister☺️ for welcoming us as a family). Our stay was perfect. If you needed anything, you found it in the apartment. I've never stayed anywhere like this, with so much detail and care, you can tell that you're not just another guest ♥️ The location is perfect and having a coffee on its terrace is priceless. Close to all the services and the beach is a short walk away Miguel treated us super well, so much so that we can't wait to come back! Thank you for making this stay a home....Sara, Borja and Holly

We stayed here for around 7 weeks, the apartment is fantastic with everything you need and it has great views. Close to beach and bars and a supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back to Vera Playa again soon. Fermín was a great host and communicated before and during our stay.

Great Apartment, for short of long stay. Maria is very active and reply super quick! I recommend 1000% to stay at her flat!

Mikel's home is a good place to live, it feels like home. Ultra equipped everything is washing machine/dishwasher, double bathroom and toilet, master suite, and double bed room, Tv, wifi. balcony terrace. It's a place away from the noise of cities like Garrucha or Mojacar. Everything is there to breathe, to gather. In the residence paddle ground, outdoor and indoor pools. Private sheltered parking. 8 min drive there are tennis courts, the beach, and 12 min a Golf Club and restaurant. I would highly recommend it and would come back. Thanks also to Isabel who maintains the premises that we respect until the departure by leaving him as we found it clean and tidy. A big thank you to Mikel for his trust and kindness.

Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

Carmen is a lovely host, she was always attentive to us. On the day of check-in we were quite late, however he was there for us until 2 am to open the garage door. A very pleasant experience! Excellent!

We had a minor issue when we arrived but this was very quickly sorted. The apartment was very comfortable and the outside space was perfect for us.
