Great place with big kitchen and in a lovely setting. Near salcombe and places around there. Take care parking if you have a very low car though.

The property was really clean and presentable, lots of Character and Maxine was very proactive and helpful in providing information and making sure we had everything we needed.

My fiancé and I visited for 2 nights and found the accommodation brilliant, the host informative and friendly and the surrounding scenery is amazing. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Thank you Andrew and Wendy!

We had a fantastic stay at Katy’s cottage. It has a real home from home feeling - our daughters (aged 8 and 10) loved playing with all the toys and we enjoyed watching some of the DVDs together. Sadly we didn’t get time to work through the impressive board game collection! The cottage is comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a decent meal including lots of sharp knives and decent pots and pans and utensils, which we really appreciated. Katy was a helpful and responsive host and provided masses of really helpful info about the local area. And the cottage is well located - Aveton Gifford is a cute place to stay with lovely walks from the doorstep and wonderful beaches and attractions in short driving distance. A great base for a family holiday. Thanks Katy!
