Daniela is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. We had a wounderful time and especially enjoyed the garden and that she gave us bikes to explore the island!

a very nice house, Gina with her family - nice, available and very helpful. The rooms are very large, nicely decorated. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and very spacious toilet. The garden is beautiful, large, as well as a beautiful swimming pool. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The place is very quiet 20 minutes from Venice, lots of restaurants and shopping centers are very close, including a large outlet. Thanks to Gina and her family we had a wonderful time at her house.

My wife, I, and our two adult children enjoyed a great 3 night stay here. Alessia gave us perfect instructions upon arrival at the train station and was very responsive. The apartment is perfectly situated a bit off the main tourist path while still only a few minutes to good restaurants/gelato and maybe 10-15 minutes walks to piazza San Marco or Rialto. We did opt for a water taxi back to the airport because it was an early morning flight, and Alessia set up all the details for it to meet us just steps from the property…although Alilaguna stop is no more than 8 minutes away if you wanted to do that. Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Roberto’s! The location is perfect, right by the Biennale and a great base for exploring Venice. The street the apartment is on has everything you need: excellent cafés, restaurants, gelato, a supermarket, and even a pharmacy. It’s a lively area, and we loved grabbing a drink at the bar downstairs before heading to bed. The apartment itself is well-equipped and very comfortable. The terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast in the morning. Lionella was also fantastic. She welcomed us in person and helped with check-in, which was a thoughtful touch and a refreshing change from the usual self-check-ins on Airbnb. All in all, an excellent stay—we’d gladly come back!

We felt very comfortable, and the communication was smooth. Her catalog with all the information about the surroundings and available options was extremely helpful. The bus stops are really very close to the apartment, which allows for quick connections to Venice. Overall, we were very satisfied!

Our stay at Gianluca's place during the Architectural Biennale was ideal. The apartment was exactly as described: sparkling clean, quiet, and equipped with everything a visiting professional could need. Its accessibility and convenient transport links to the Arsenale and Giardini exhibition sites via water bus saved us precious commuting hours, enabling our team member to focus solely on the installation. Most impressive of all was his hospitality. Communication was warm and timely from the very first message. When our plans changed at the last minute, he arranged an early check-in. He was supportive of our venture throughout our stay. His dog was friendly, too! We highly recommend his place if you visit Venice for business or pleasure. Natalia and her daughter were exceptional. They were very helpful even before we got there. I had a hard time figuring out what to do in Venice given the time of the day we were arriving and how far the place is from the main attractions (which are not hard to get to but it takes time). So I reached out to Natalia and she helped me with my planning. She was great. We arrived on a holiday and Natalia had bus passes ready for us because she wasn't sure we were going to be able to get. Then Natalia and her daughter made reservations to a restaurant so we could find a place to eat. Very nice people. The place was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything and it was a great stay. The place is close to a bus stop which made going into Venice a breeze.

Very nice house close to many places in veneto. New amenities, with everything you need. Breakfast food was provided and it was amazing, as well as coffee, tea and some beverages. all the house has air conditioning, which was excellent and necessary.. one room has full privacy, the other not quite since it has an open ceiling. would recommend!

Very clean, well appointed place to stay. The fact that there is a washing machine and air conditioning makes the stay even better. Absolutely family friendly as the very well-kept pool and the sea are within walking distance. By the sea there is a bar where you can get everything for a good price from coffee to ice cream to noodle dish. Oh, the sanitary facilities are very well maintained here. You can choose whether to rent a lounger or settle on the public beach. The sea is great for small children as it is flat for a very long time. If you travel by public transport, you need a bit of patience, there is a connection to Chioggia/Venice, it just takes a bit to arrive. If you need a break from the sun, the bar next to the Isola Verde bus stop has a foosball table. There was one or the other match with a local bar visitor. Communication with Leila and Hassoni was also very pleasant. We had a great holiday!

David, was waiting for us right off the water bus, a true beacon of calm after our chaotic morning. As he walked us to our pad, he gave us an impromptu tour, pointing out all his favourite spots and giving recommendations. You could tell this place is special to him; the property been in his family for generations, and he’s been coming here since he was a boy. And the accommodation itself? Absolutely stunning! We chilled right out & it felt like a proper lived home, complete with a private garden and terrace. We had never visited Venice or Lido before & will definitely return to this special accommodation.

Very good apartment, everything as described, everything worked. Superhost, responds quickly to messages, good wifi. A big plus was the ability to check in at 11:00 AM. Of the pluses: an elevator, blinds in the bedrooms, and the Lidl store next door. The only downside: In fact, the beach is 900m away. ( 10 min) with small children (2 and 3 years) is not comfortable. But for adults the location is ok.

We were looking for accommodation near Venice and not far from the sea, and we found just the right thing with this neighborhood. It is quietly located, but you can drive to the wide and beautiful beach in 5 minutes, and to the vaporetto dock in 10 minutes. From there you can reach Venice and Burano in half an hour. Several supermarkets are also within minutes. The small cottage is newly built, with good kitchen amenities and a covered terrace. The two sweet cats of the landlady visited us regularly and were very happy to be petted.

Great, unique apartment at a fabulous location, overlooking Via Garibaldi, one of the nicest states in Venice when it comes to excellent food and lively atmosphere. The apartment is well equipped and furnished with lots of design pieces. With the sleeping rooms in sequence, the layout is good for close friends or families. Two bathrooms are a plus! The apartment's decoration is beautiful, it is located in a very central place close to the best attractions, Barnaba was attentive to us the whole time and attentive to answering all the requirements in a very agile and gentle way, we had to pay a fee for arriving very late at night due to the delay of our flight but our stay was very comfortable, two bedroom apartment with everything you need and very clean, very suitable for seniors like my parents. Thank you for everything.

A very nice apartment in Treviso! It's close to the train station and the center of the city ( a few minutes walk). Very easy to find and check-in thanks to the clear instructions. The apartment is comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. I'm glad I chose this place!

The house very is nice and clean. Everything was there for usual household activities and we didn't miss anything. Place is very nice and quiet.

Livio is close to all shops. From the train station and 2mm walk to take the bus to Venice . Our room was big enough equipped enough, Full breakfast at a correct price. Otherwise we appreciated the kindness of the whole team. We recommend this property. Patrick and Valerie.
