This romantic place offers an history all its own.The apartment face from one side the mighty walls of the Arsenal what it was once the place where all the commercial and war boats of the Serenissima(Republic of Venice)where built , the other side over a typical canal where the inhabitants keep their boats. The apartments is recently renewed but recycling all the materials and using only local ones. The flat is energy saver, you can dry your laundry using the typical hanging line out and fans.

"Casa Chiara" is at 600 mt. from San Marco Square, in "Sestiere Castello", the biggest and most populated neighborhood, out of touristic routes. Typical apartment of the ghetto area, Third floor without elevator. The stairs are steep and not very wide, typical of the Ghetto area of Venice. As some guests tell me, it is not easy to carry heavy and large suitcases into the apartment. Condominium areas that are affected by time.
