Excellent apartment with everything you might need. The inner courtyard is very cozy and perfect for enjoying calm, fresh air. Giacomo is a super host - he accommodated our special request even though it wasn’t previously agreed upon, was very pleasant to communicate with, and provided all the necessary instructions.

Highly recommend this place. Clean, nice and very central. Would love to come back.

Cozy apartment, perfect location in the heart of Venice, with a great balcony and fantastic views. Well-equipped kitchen with beautiful dishes, the hosts also took care of a set of necessary products ( coffee, salt , even olive oil!). Very comfortable and beautiful bathroom. If you don't mind climbing to a high floor - we definitely recommend it!

We had a great stay in Chiara and Fabio’s house! They were very friendly, helpful and welcoming and answered all our questions quickly. We didn’t have a car but Chiara helped us to get bus tickets and also helped to ensure taxis to the VCE airport were available during a national strike. The bus stop was only about a 10min walk away and took us close enough to the city and directly to the train station. Later in the evening time we used a taxi to get back to the apartment. A great place to stay when you want to relax in quiet surroundings but be able to enjoy the city too.

Elisa is a very lovely host. She waited us to get the keys and explained everything patiently. Also gave us the suggestion of transportation. The flat was clean and tidy, like a home. Definitely come back if I travel to Venice again.

This is an impressive property, set in a beautifully maintained garden. The rooms are extremely spacious and we had everything we needed for a great stay. It's in a village about 15 minutes from charming Treviso, and about 30-45 minutes from Venice by train. Lorella was a great host - she always responded quickly if we had a question, and gave us some helpful recommendations of sights and places to eat. We would highly recommend this place.

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

The location was private near a beautiful park and away from tourist areas, a plus for Venice. The beds were comfy and the entire apartment very clean. We were also able to enjoy the private garden in the back. There were also a couple of small stores nearby that the locals used for produce and other household goods, which helps enhance the living experience. We would love to stay again.

Very nice and large apartment, which was very central. Really a cozy location where you can see the canals right in front of the windows. It was a little hard to find there, but we got to talk to Carlos on the phone when we had arrived as guides us in the right place. We are very satisfied and can definitely be recommended.

This is our second time staying in this charming apartment on the Lido. The location is great, very close to the vaporetto station and many restaurants and cafes, at the same time very quiet. The apartment is perfect for two couples. We love the small garden. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in Paola's apartment. The location in the middle of the old town is just great! Amazingly quiet, and just around the corner and you're in the middle of the cheerful hustle and bustle. Supermarket right around the corner, and a great bistro almost right in front of the house. Also the wonderful fish market in two minutes walking... We cooked very delicious! It was also great that we could store our bikes so well. With them, we were on the beach in ten minutes. Paola was very friendly and available at any time. We would recommend the apartment at any time. 👍

Very nice apartment, with ample and well-kept spaces. The house is in a quiet area, but well connected by public transport: the 13 and 6 take you directly to the center. Diego, the owner, was always kind and, above all, very helpful. I absolutely recommend it!

We - 4 women - just returned from a 5-night stay here. We loved it. We each had a bedroom of our own, and there was a large living room with a sunny balcony. There was also a balcony off the kitchen, which was very well-equipped. The apartment was spotless and there were plenty of towels, etc. Basically, they had thought of everything we might need. The hosts, Maria and her son, who speaks English, were extremely helpful. They live in the same building but are very unobtrusive, while being available if we needed them. The apartment has its own entrance. We highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful week at this charming house with our child. The first floor is designed as a well-equipped apartment with access to a terrace and a quaint garden. The location on the island of Lido is ideal: a quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes walk from the vaporetto to Venice, with good restaurants accessible nearby and the beach 15 minutes walk away. A big thank you to Carla and her husband for their warm welcome, availability and valuable advice throughout the stay. We appreciated their responsiveness and kindness. We loved this peaceful break and would definitely recommend this place!

Francesca was incredibly helpful before arriving. We had not visited Venice previously, and her recommendation to take the water taxi in from the airport was exactly what was needed after a long day of travel. She was also quick to communication before and during the stay. A/C was fantastic which was sorely needed during our stay. Location is close to many dining and shopping areas, but off the beaten path. Strongly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Venice at Jessica's apartment. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, comfortable and ideally located for exploring the city on foot. Jessica was an outstanding host, both responsive, caring and full of good advice that really enriched our experience. Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable.
