Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Beautiful view and right next to Farragona water/boat taxi. The hostess was wonderful- flexible with our check-in/out. Easy to communicate. The apartment is spacious and clean. We always felt safe. It is a more quiet area and that was just what I was hoping - peaceful and relaxing.

Such a lovely house on the beautiful Island of Burano. The house is really comfortable on a nice little square in the town. So many great restaurants nearby. The daily boat trip we did to Venice was a nice start of the day. Burano is much more relaxed as Venice so for us this was a perfect spot. Antonella is a great host with a lot of useful tip. Highly recommended!

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

The accommodation is very nicely located, you are within 15 minutes by bus in Venice, which stops virtually in front of the door, also the airport is very quick to reach. The accommodation is quietly located, very new and clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and help you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. We highly recommend the place.

Nicola, the host, was very helpful. He met us personally at his apartment and explained everything clearly. He even helped us book a taxi at 5 AM to the Venice Mestre train station. The apartment was nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. The bus and tram stations are just a few minutes’ walk away. Highly recommended!

Amazing and very clean waterfront apartment. Google maps don’t show accurate directions so I recommend using Apple Maps, our host was very helpful to get us to the right address. The boat station (that you take to go everywhere) is only a few min away, the area is very safe, walkable and has lots of cool spots nearby - cafes, shops, everything. Kitchen is well stocked with high quality pots, dishes and supplies. Hot shower, and washing machine were very nice.

Great time in Venice staying at this perfect location! Very quiet area with plenty of food options, close to all forms of transportation, and within walking distance to everything. The host was very receptive and quick responding back to any questions we had. Charming stay!

Sara and Matteo were excellent hosts and I would definitely recommend their place for those wanting to base themselves on Lido. I stayed here for a week and enjoyed the relaxed old school vibe that Lido offers. Sara and Matteo were always quick and clear in their communications before and during my stay. The electronic check-in process was hassle-free and I really appreciated being able to store my luggage immediately before and after my stay. For me, the location of the apartment was perfect - on the main boulevard, close to both the vaporetto stop on the one hand and the beachside running trail on the other. The apartment was clean, spacious and had plenty of natural light. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, and the modern kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals each morning. Admiring the view of the nearby trees from the kitchen table was an added bonus! I would definitely seek out Sara and Matteo’s place again.

This is a really nice place in a calmer and more “local” location of Venice. The views are fantastic of the water, canal, and a gondoliering school outside. Lots of great restaurants nearby with IMO the best views of Venice. Those who know how NJ has the best views of NYC would understand. Be careful coming back from the main island later in the evening as the Vaparettos don’t run the same routes as during the day.

Such a Beautiful Apartment in a lovely location, Our hosts were so lovely and made sure everything was perfect for us. They even gave us a later check out ! Definitely would love to visit this Apartment again !! 😃

I refer to all the good comments above. It's just like that. Absolute cleanliness and good communication with Isabella at all times. A nice touch that the hostess left things for breakfast (coffee, pastries, sliced bread, eggs, milk, juice) Leaving the apartment, on the left, I don't think anyone has said this, there is a small supermarket to buy what you need. Right in front is the bus stop that takes you to downtown Venezia in about 40 minutes directly on weekends and, with a change, two buses, on weekdays, in the same time, since there is more frequency. I'm also super grateful that Isabella managed and emailed me the tourist tax pass for the days we were there. I recommend the accommodation 100%. If I go back to Venice, I would definitely repeat

This AirBnB was spectacular and Luca was a phenomenal host. Luca was extremely responsive in helping us figure out which water-bus to take and then met us at the boat to walk us to his AirBnB. He gave us so many great recommendations for local restaurants/bars/coffee shops and even told us about some hidden gems and things to do around Venice. This AirBnB was perfect for 2 of us to stay in. It is tucked away on a quiet street but is a short walk from the main sites of Venice. The apartment itself is exquisitely decorated and the kitchenette is extremely functional. It’s also worth me noting that the rooms are a perfect temperature although it states there’s no AC. It was around 85 degrees outside during our stay but with the windows open and ceiling fans on we were perfectly comfortable and wouldn’t have turned AC on anyway! Overall, a wonderful experience for our stay in Venice. Thank you Luca for sharing this place with us!

The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the major attractions where you can experience the more quiet life in Venice and imagine yourself living there. One canal over are plenty of restaurants and views. Imagine living in a Disney movie. Another canal down and you have a grocery store in an old theater that’s SO beautiful. There are also more restaurants and shops are over there too. With about a 20-25 minute walk you can be on the other side of the island to see St. Marc’s and Doge. Google maps is your new bestie. I say will my mom (75), my son (12), and myself (38) felt very safe around Venice and never saw anything concerning happening. There are multiple ferry systems. We took one in from the airport that was beautiful and the ferry stop is not far from the apartment. We don’t have this where I am from, so think bus stops for boats. If you have experience with that kind of thing it’s a good way to get around.

Firstly, great shoutout to Paolo. He was VERY responsive and clear with the instructions. Secondly, the place is VERY conveniently located near the public bus (boat) stand that comes directly from the airport. There was no need to deal with private transfer (which can be expensive and opaque) as it was all public AND convenient. Paolo was also very kind to let us do early check-in by almost 4 hours on the day of arrival. Location-wise it is quiet yet walkable to san marco and alot of other itineraries. Highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay, was able to walk the city and enjoy everything Venice had to offer. Apartment was clean and bigger than expected.

We had an amazing stay at Giovanni and Susannas apartment. The communication straight from the start was excellent. The instructions were clear and we managed to easily find the apartment and enter easily, even though we got there really late at night. The area is amazing, close enough to all of the must-sees in Venice, but lovely and quiet and feels much more authentic and local. There are fantastic restaurants just around the corner too! Thanks again! We will definitely stay again when we are back in Venice.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

We had a lovely time in Venice, and felt lucky to have a peaceful, safe, and clean home to return to every night. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect apartment and neighborhood to enjoy Venice like its inhabitants. It's all immersive and well-equipped. I recommend it without hesitation for a long weekend and mornings to the sound of birds!

Our stay was the most enjoyable and it was absolutely peaceful and I enjoyed every minute. In fact, I really did not want to leave. Venice has a part of my heart now. I was sad to leave! Thank you for an amazing time and experience!

Really enjoyed Marta’s place. She was very considerate and accommodated our needs after a long haul flight from Australia. The flat has a real charm as it integrates modern amenities architecturally with an a very old building. Whisper quiet yet close to the action of Canneregio. Close to train station and a manageable walk to San Marco and the sights. 👍
