Annelise's apartment is ideally located. Close to the beach of chalets but also shops, you can get everywhere on foot. Very warm and welcoming, the apartment has everything you need for a successful stay. AnneLise was very accommodating for an early check-in, very responsive. I would recommend this place for a stay in Gruissan, everything was perfect.

We had a great time at Annick's place. This little cocoon is ideally placed. This open living room is sheltered from the wind and rain. The beach is really a stone's throw away, the area is peaceful, the decor is charming, in short it's flawless! We'd love to come back!

We had a very nice stay with family of 4. The apartment is conveniently located close to beaches and local shops. It is very well-equipped and the terrace is very nice. The communication and hospitality offered by Valras Loc is excellent. We recommend ++

We had a very pleasant stay in this lovely apartment. The location is really top: quiet location and with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is completely as described – everything was present and the photos completely match the reality. The underground parking lot is a convenient extra. We stayed here with our child and that went perfect. There was a cot and high chair available, and the apartment is child-friendly: our child could not escape anywhere. In short, highly recommended. We will definitely come back here again!

Very happy with our stay at the property. This is the second time we've stayed in this place. Everything is perfect: location, comfort, sea view, nearby shops. We will be happy to return and we recommend it.

We were very well received by Ludivine who is very available and responds quickly to messages. The accommodation is very clean and functional, very good bedding, the terrace which is very large is appreciable with a very convenient outdoor sink, a barbecue, close to all shops and restaurants and the small plus a dedicated parking space right in front of the accommodation, Valras is a very lively seaside resort especially in summer, you can do anything on foot, there is a crossroads and a lidl 1 km away. We loved the past 15 days, very relaxing.

Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local activities were invaluable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to soft towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

We were only there for two night but it was an amazing stop on our travels and truly a hidden gem. Linda was an amazing host who worked with us beautifully on our changing arrival time and gave us a great run down of the property when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you Linda!

Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

We totally enjoyed the stay. The apartment was very well equipped and clean, the view of the sea sensational. The morning walks with sunrise on the beach were absolutely awesome. Simply recommended. Thank you Chris and best regards Brigitte and Christian

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

We had a very nice time as a group! The accommodation is fantastic – right on the beach, it doesn't get any better. Everything you need was there, and communication with the host was super friendly and straightforward. Although the apartment is a bit outdated, everything was (relatively) clean and functional – absolutely sufficient for our stay. Perfect for those looking for a relaxing break in a prime location. Looking for a peaceful place, with friendly hosts and a touch of humor? While remaining discreet but very friendly? This is Corinne and Didier's place. We had a great stay, in this little barrel that is more than enough since all around we had 11 hectares, a swimming pool, a petanque court with balls, but also the visit of the two dogs from time to time (lovely) and sometimes the very nice and well trained horses. We left with a 4-month-old baby and although the surface is limited it was great, Corinne had installed a travel crib. And the bedding… top-notch. We love to change places to travel but if one day we look for tranquility to settle down, this is where we will come back. Thanks again to Corinne and the faucet manager 😉 for hosting us. The small apartment with direct beach access is really very nice, very clean. We were lucky and there were hardly any other guests around us. The apartment is located in a residence with many other small apartments, good to know!!!! Beach in front of the door, bakery, bar, restaurant 5 min. walk, great. What was missing was written information about TV, dishwasher, key, terrace, etc. Terrace door cannot be locked or opened from the outside, i.e. going from the terrace directly to the beach was unfortunately not possible. Gabriel as co-host was always available, which was great.

This is the second stay we've had at Olivier's. Olivier is a very accommodating and attentive host (always a quick message during the stay to check if everything is going well). The apartment is in a very good location with a soothing and relaxing view, well arranged and close to the city center and the beach. You can get everywhere on foot and the little extra, private parking for the car. I would highly recommend it, it's great.

EVERYTHING is impeccable. The place for its calm, its proximity to the sea, private parking. The accommodation, new, comfortable and functional, 100% matches the photos and descriptions. Marine, charming host, proactive, responsive and friendly with a contagious smile.

Overall, it was a very relaxing stay in the beautiful little well-equipped cottage. Mathilde is a super host, always super nice and quick to respond. We were there with the bikes and were able to park them safely in the locked courtyard in front of the house. I would check in with Mathilde again anytime.

We had a great weekend!! The accommodation is really perfect and with an amazing view. It is located at a height and crossing the same in strong heat it is pleasant. It has many accessories and appliances (household product, coffee, air fryer, planchas, etc.) My partner and I are already planning to leave quickly!!!

A quiet and relaxing stay in a well-equipped, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully renovated townhouse. In a superb location, literally opposite the beach; a hit with our four-year-old granddaughter with its wooden pirate ship and slide. Cleaning of the streets and beach was a high priority. Approx 200m to ice cream parlours, bars, a few restaurants, a Casino shop and a pâtisserie. Carrefour Hypermarché Sérignan had everything we needed. Street parking was free in May and busy by the beach at weekends but we found spaces nearby. Many thanks to François and family. We have no hesitation in recommending Villa Espadon and hope to make a return visit soon!

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you are on the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, crib, toys..). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioners in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is within walking distance 30 min (easy) but not very close.

Very good stay at Marion's apartment, we had clear directions to get there and Marion was available to guide us as needed. Very nice area, lots of things within walking distance!
