Linus was very accommodating and responsive. The accommodation was very cozy and clean. There was also a very nice garden. We had a great time and definitely recommend it!

We had a great girls trip at Jacueline’s cottage! Gorgeous surroundings, which made a perfect escape from the city for a few days. Jacueline was very communicative, checking in to make sure we settled in well and were enjoying our stay. Definitely recommend!

I spent two wonderful days in this little cottage. You can explore the surrounding nature and the area is very quiet and relaxing. If you have a car, it is very well connected to Arlanda Airport and you can easily go to Stockholm and Uppsala. Izabella was a fantastic host, always attentive to her guest! I recommend it!

What a great couple! Very friendly and receptive. We had an issue with the washer and jimmy was right over to assit and even took out laundry back to their house to do it. The kind of address we'd like to keep secret so we can always have it available just for us. The cottage is beautiful and the location is magical. Great accommodation! Sara was very kind and helped us find the place easily. The small island is picturesque and very peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay!

Oskar and Justine's place was very nice! This is where you can go if you want to escape the stress of everyday life and watch birds and deer in the morning. The cottage was great for 2 people and had everything you needed. Even a washing machine was available for use. We had a great time on Edholma and would always recommend the place. The uncomplicated contact with the landlords was also good. We always got quick and accurate answers. Since we were there over Easter, the ferries didn't run as often. Otherwise, the connection to Vaxholm and other islands is great! Thank you and all the best! :-)

We spent 5 nights in Christina's place, a home as described, a little paradise lost in nature. We were on foot, but, loving to walk (20 minutes from the bus stop) it was no problem for us. Thank you for the loan of the bikes and canoe that allowed us to discover Vaxholm and the surrounding islands, differently and autonomously! Christina was a great host. It was a great!

I felt very comfortable with Per. The lake hut is very simple but lovingly furnished. You have a fabulous view of the water and really have your peace there. It was perfect for me. If you come by ferry, the planning effort is a little greater, as the boats only stop at the island a few times a day.

Peter was quite responsive. The place is a bit remote to reach if you are coming by public transport. From Höganäs ferry there is a bus service but rarely, so get informed about it. From the Tynningövägen ferry it's walking distance. There's only one supermarket which only takes Swedish cards. Vaxholm is reachable by ferry and has multiple options for restaurants and supermarket. Peter's place is very calm and peaceful. You can enjoy warm sun in the garden throughout the day. You can enjoy the day walking around the island.The shower and washing machine is in a separatecabin outside the bungalow. And the toilet inside is an electric one. Kitchen has all the basic amenities.

Anna's house is a little paradise! Beautiful, with a lot of attention to detail and individually furnished, it is slightly elevated right on the water. The terrace behind the house has wonderful evening sun, the terrace in front is great for breakfast. The jetty belonging to the house is just a few steps away and offers a lot of privacy and a wonderful view of the archipelago landscape. Communication with Anna was always prompt, very friendly and obliging. We felt completely comfortable and didn't want to leave! Skarpö is a small, enchanting, very quiet and easily accessible skerry from Stockholm. However, it is always advisable to have a car. We didn't have one and didn't get a taxi on Vaxholm, so we walked from the Rindö ferry pier. Everything is possible, but with luggage and shopping, the path is a bit longer. :-) Our time in Anna's house did not diminish this in any way - it was just great!

I felt very comfortable at Liv's. The small hut is incredibly cozy! Liv is very accommodating and helpful. About 1.8 km away (a great forest path), there is a supermarket. In the very pretty, small kitchenette, there is everything you need to cook delicious food. You can hike wonderfully and take the ferry (@ Liv: I still used it😉). There are 2 ways to get from the accommodation to bus stops, which take you to Ropsten and from there you can easily get to the center of Stockholm. A highlight was also the sauna, and the subsequent cooling in the water. And don't forget the cozy fireplace for cold nights. Loved it! Thanks, Liv.

Beautiful and very peaceful place, ideal for a getaway for two, Vaxholm Island is worth a visit. The sauna is also a very pleasant activity included in the accommodation. Maritza was very welcoming and gave us great suggestions, thank you so much!

We had a wonderful short stay in Helena’s cabin. It’s very cute and comfortable, and just a short walk to the water if you fancy a swim. The location is very quiet and relaxing. The bus stop to Vaxholm is a 5-10 minute walk away, and it’s also possible to take the boat. Helena is a very friendly host with great communication, thanks for a lovely stay!
