Friendly and available host. Clean and functional accommodation. Near the port, restaurants and the city center. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it without problem.

This small studio is ideally located, in the heart of St Trojan, close to the port and shops, as well as the beach, which allows you to do x things on foot or by bike It sits in a very quiet alley. Several car parks are nearby. Clémence is a very available, responsive and communicative person. She's concerned about whether her space is at your convenience. Good value. To be recommended.

Convenient accommodation and in the center of everything (beach, restaurants, bike paths, shops and buses). We always found where to park nearby (but we came at the end of August so it's probably simpler). The accommodation is clean, well equipped. The residence is quiet, clean and the pool is a real plus. Finally, Stéphane is very responsive and welcoming.

Clean accommodation and close to shops and restaurants on foot, plus there is a private and numbered parking space with the apartment which allows you to park easily during the tourist season. Thierry is very kind and attentive. Thanks again

Very nice apartment, quiet, relaxing for a stay as a couple, everything is nearby, shops, beach, restaurants. Great terrace for aperitif and breakfast. The keys are handed over by a key box that is very easy to use. Downside for the trash cans at the bottom of the building that leave a foul smell. We recommend this place without a second thought.

Anne-Marie generously welcomed us with a basket more than stocked ( cider, cake,pineau...) . We fed the chickens that made us feel good with 3 eggs a day. We also enjoyed the vegetable garden. The house is renovated and spacious for 6 people, the garden with several terraces in the shade or sun to choose from, the library and games are available. Big garden nice for our dog. The beach is a 10-15 min walk, that of the great coast or the wild coast accessible by bike in 15 min or by car. Beautiful Palmyra Zoo nearby. Anne-Marie was available throughout the week, and very flexible on arrival/ departure times and good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. Central accommodation to visit La Tremblade in Saint Georges de Didonne, by car or bike (many bike paths). We highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

Christine and Olivier's house is just amazing! It's a gem! Ideally located, a few meters from the bakery and the market under the halls in a quiet street, the house offers volumes as they are no longer made, real comfort and a very cozy atmosphere. We fell under its spell! It invites nostalgia as soon as you leave it.

Françoise is very responsive, her accommodation is very pleasant, it feels like home.

this is the second time we have enjoyed this accommodation with our two children and our dog. and it was always a pleasure to enjoy the spacious and enclosed garden, the functional house, but above all the ideal location of this house. A stone's throw from the village square and its daily market ( the U express too), a few streets from the caves and the view of the estuary, and 10/12 minutes walk from the beach of the nuns, you can only feel like a vacation in this charming house. it's just missing a washing machine for it to be perfect . Which doesn't stop us from booking it for next summer with great pleasure.

We had a lovely week at this listing as described. Very well-equipped, the accommodation is very functional and pleasant. It's easy to discover the island from there. You need either a bike or a car because the place is not in the city center. I recommend this rental if you like to be quiet while having easy access to everything there is to do on the island.

Francis was a lovely host, incredibly helpful and responsive, even picked us up from the train station. The house was gorgeous and modern, and the garden was a dream with many activities for friends and families. Would absolutely come back!

Very nice accommodation, very well equipped and perfectly located: close to the beach, central market, shops. We park the car nearby (always a spot) and you can do anything on foot. Great welcome, we were even able to anticipate the arrival time.

Gael's accommodation is very well located in Royan, the accessibility and the private parking space are a real asset. The accommodation is clean and functional. I recommend it for future guests.

Very simple, pleasant apartment, in the center of Soulac. Great to go and enjoy the surf breaks 5 minutes by bike. Quentin is very nice and the communication fluid.
