Beautiful house on the shore of Lake Vänern on Hammarö

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom comes with a shower and vc. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna for an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not that big but nice! Happy if the cabin is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Welcome to insta @Frykstaladan. It is located 50 meters from the fairytale lake Fryken's southern end. This unique place has a style all its own that has emerged over the five years that we have been rebuilding the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Here you live with hiking trails just around the corner and Vänern's beautiful swimming areas just a few kilometers away. From the furnished balcony, you have a front-row view of nature – moose, deer and foxes often pass by. A perfect place for morning coffee or an evening at sunset. In addition, Hammarö golf course is only a short drive away.

Nice cottage for 6 people with outdoor spa and quiet location.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Charming and cozy country house, where you can live all year round. An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forest, lakes, nature reserves and fantastic chanterelle places. The house has a large porch and nice plot that extends around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizza place and gas station (about 3 km). If you want to experience the Värmland idyll and mysterious forests, you found the right place.
