New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Wonderful and cozy cottage! Quiet and close to nature with a few minutes walk to Lake Vänern. We were here in the winter so sitting in the armchairs in front of the fireplace was very luxurious. It has everything you need and we didn't miss anything. We sat in the hammock in the garden admiring a starry sky. A place to get back to! Thank you 😃

Our goal was Hammarö golf club, which was only about 5 minutes from the accommodation, which was perfect. The cottage has cozy and modern decor and had everything we needed. In the sleeping loft, the ceiling was a little low, so it was not possible to sit upright.

A modern bathroom space features a white toilet set against a patterned wall with black circles. A washing machine is positioned to the right, and a woven basket containing multiple rolls of toilet paper is placed nearby on the floor.

Staffan's house is in a lovely location just a short walk from the lake, which can be easily accessed. The three cottages are very comfortable and characteristic. The outdoor spaces are very well organized and with all the amenities to fully enjoy the outdoors. A highly recommended accommodation for people who love nature!!!

Brilliant stay in the cabin! It does exactly what it promises: a remote getaway, with only nature for company. The living space lacks wifi/TV (exactly as advertised) but cosy and homely, the bedrooms are basic but perfectly comfortable, the kitchen is small but well-stocked, the location is very quiet but also super-relaxing (and the shops are only a 10-minute drive away). Some lovely touches, like the use of the two bikes, and our kids fell in love with the treehouse! Christian was a great host, and overall we really enjoyed our time there.

A modern bathroom is presented, featuring dark ceramic tiles and atmospheric lighting. A glass shower enclosure showcases a sleek shower fixture. A wall-mounted sink with gold fixtures is paired with a mirrored cabinet, while decorative plants add a touch of elegance to the space.

Janna's house is great! Janna is a very friendly host and we felt welcome. She has great cats that occasionally came to see or to cuddle. Be aware of what kind of cottage you are booking and read the description carefully and you will feel completely at home. A beautiful Swedish cottage in a lovely garden close to the largest lake in Sweden and for us the perfect place as a break from our wild camping adventure in Sweden and Norway. The accommodation is basic but for us it was perfect. Price/quality ratio is great. Nice stove in the cottage and outside toilet is basic but certainly clean. Would recommend this to anyone if you love something basic but especially unique!
