It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Sadrži jednu veliku spavaću sobu, kupaonicu sa tušem, kuhinju i dnevni boravak sa sofom koja se pretvara u udoban ležaj za dvoje ljudi. Gosti imaju free wifi i internet tv na korištenje kao i klima uređaj. Velika terasa sa pogledom na more i na vanjski bazen sa stolom za ručanje uljepšati će vaš godišnji odmor. Bazen sa slanom vodom i kamin za roštilj idealni su za relaksaciju dok niste na plaži.

Beautiful apartment 70 m2+ terrace ,first line to the sea (on lungo mare), 20 m, near the beach, excellent and very safe place for children, two bedrooms, ground floor , one parking space for free, perfect for cyclists and people with the boat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the apartment is unbeatable: 15 m to the sea, swimming options with sun or shade as desired, quiet (2nd half of May). Very friendly hosts who make their own olive oil and very good sheep cheese. Every now and then there was fresh salad for us from Grandma's garden; the terrace is lovingly decorated with potted plants. The apartment is wonderfully suitable for 2 people; it looks smaller in reality than in the pictures, but the bedroom was newly furnished with plenty of storage space. Good heating/air conditioning available. Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Harmony. Everything was clean and as described and shown in the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped (dishes, pots, salt, oil, etc.) everything sufficiently available. The view was amazing. Martin was always available and responded to messages immediately. We would book the place again anytime. Thanks for the wonderful vacation :)

Had a lovely time here. Nice pool with large garden and the beach at 5 min walk. We also made good use of the canopy with BBQ. After consulting with the host, we were able to eat here with friends. Really super hospitable!

Beautifully located apartment with fantastic views and directly on the sea. Everything was fine, the beds very comfortable! Since we caught a very hot week, we were very happy with the air conditioning. Friendly and very likeable landlords. Will come again any time!

We would like to thank Villa M and Maja for five absolutely amazing days in this magical place. We are a family with two children aged 8 and 10 years and the apartment and surroundings exceeded our expectations. The apartment has everything needed to be able to cook, hang out and sleep well. Nice and clean. Complete kitchen area with all equipment including real coffee maker. But it's not the apartment that makes Villa M perfect, that's the location. You literally have a private oasis on a small ledge above the little cove. Behind you is the pool and house and in front of you is the ocean. No matter where you want to swim, it's about 10 steps there. And if you just want to lie down and laze yourself, you get nice shade from the lush trees. The shop just across the street has the most necessary, plus freshly baked bread every morning. Wonderful. In the same house is a restaurant that serves classic Croatian fish and meat dishes but also has sushi. The kids liked that. Summered: Villa M is a little gem on beautiful Krk that we highly recommend!
