It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

On the ground floor there is a pool with sun loungers and a barbecue with a mini kitchenette available to guests. Our stay at this beautiful house was more than we wished for! Marina & Zeljko has been the best hosts ever making us feel like home, giving us the best recommendations, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we need and being so generous and letting us try homemade and local products. The animals around the house was appreciated by both young & old. The AC in the house worked very well even on the hottest days. The pool and the outside area was clean and very well kept! This is the perfect holiday home for a family. We would love to come back!

My friends and I visited Villa Tereza and we enjoyed the whole stay very much (6 adults and 4 kids). The hosts were very responsive, always ready to help/advise, interested in how we enjoyed our stay. The house has 4 bedrooms (of which 1 with a cot). Everything was impeccably clean and tidy, we received a welcome basket of fruit, which was very kind. Amazing pool and lovely outdoor seating which made it possible for us to be out from morning to evening. The house has a washing machine and a dishwasher, also an outdoor grill. The sea is relatively close, the nearest beach is about 5 - 10 minutes on foot from a gentle hill. Beaches pebble and concrete panels, the sea beautifully clean full of fish :) There are not too many restaurants and shops in the nearest area, it is a quiet location.

Nada and her family are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and at the same time pleasantly reserved. The apartment as well as the entire complex are very clean and maintained. The outdoor area in particular is a real highlight: lovingly designed, quiet and ideal for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials – a few extra little things like a little more dishes, garbage bags or cloths for wiping would be handy, but that's really just a small note for future guests. Supermarkets such as Lidl are easily accessible in about 10 minutes by car. Overall, we had a very nice stay and can recommend the accommodation without reservation! We will be happy to come back :)

This accommodation is a repair gem in the area we stayed in. Without the exaggeration of the men to say that this place was not a mistake, sometimes we were a little annoyed by the air conditioning, but otherwise we had a great stay. The owners are very accommodating, they communicated practically immediately, the entire house and the neighborhood was perfectly prepared and very clean. The real domain of the property is its pool, which has always been clean and well-prepared. I personally recommend this place for people who are looking for privacy and peace.
