Our stay at Janine‘s home was beyond anything we could have imagined. The setting is heavenly. We hardly wanted to leave the house. The surrounding area is absolutely amazing for hiking, which was the purpose of our trip. Janine greeted us when we arrived and spoke with us in perfect English, which was very helpful. Janine was helpful all throughout our stay giving us hiking recommendations as well as local eateries! The pictures on the website absolutely do not do the home justice. Every single person we met in the area was beyond kind and friendly.

Tobias' house is very special. You can still read and feel the old farmhouse. We loved that the house is still in the process and not everything has been turned into a vacation home beyond recognition. It was perfect for us as a group of 8 people, we were with our young, partly adult children and their friends. The bathrooms are great, there are three toilets, we liked sitting in the Engadine parlor in the evening and playing games, reading, looking out the window. Tschlin is a quiet, very beautiful village with very friendly people, we always had nice conversations with the owner of the Butia (small grocery store), we ate at the Ustaria Tschlin (extremely good food!) and enjoyed walks through the village and the hike above the village after skiing. Tobias was a pleasant host, always available and helpful, thanks Tobias!

Fantastic location, one of the best that I have ever been. Super beautiful view that i wish i lived there. Place was great for our family with everything sorted before our arrival. Overall a beautiful experience, thank you Barbora for your letting us stay there.

I have so many good things to say about this place. Philip was incredibly kind and helpful. The place was stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is peaceful and walkable and everywhere you look is beautiful. The place is cozy and super clean, I loved opening the windows and just staring out at the view. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

After 3 years, I returned to this extremely neat and simple cottage. Right here I found what I needed so much: absolute peace and quiet, simplicity, direct proximity to the forest and its animals...and not to forget the wonderful hostess, the cat Minuna - she still lives here, what happiness. I looked forward to daily firing and cooking at the wood stove, the quiet and starry nights, the encounters with different birds and animals in the nearby forest. After a day, I was already far away from my everyday life and lived totally slow through the days. So I sometimes recovered very quickly from my not quite cured flu. The contact with AnnaMaria was very warm and straightforward. In Lü, I was able to try one of their incredibly tasty cakes. One thing I know now - I'm sure I won't wait 3 years for the next visit to this house!

A really great accommodation – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. I felt very comfortable right from the beginning. I would especially like to highlight the hostess: incredibly warm, helpful and always approachable. You can tell that she is there with a lot of love and attention for her guests. Thanks for the lovely stay – I'd love to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the secluded mountain cabin and came back feeling completely refreshed. We went on many hikes and loved spending time in the spacious garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and very clean, and the sauna is simply dreamy. Pietro was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which kept cutting out — but that actually added to the sense of total relaxation. Our dog also felt very much at home.

Spacious and clean apartment with great views of the mountains. Super location, as everything in Ftan is within walking distance (ski lift, post bus, Voll, Beck). We can highly recommend the apartment!

We immediately felt very comfortable in the studio, were there as a family with 3 children during the ski holidays. Plenty of space at the dining table and living room. Fully equipped kitchen, where we could also enjoy a fine raclette. The proximity to the bus stop was great for us, as we arrived by train. A ski storage room is also available (not heated), so we were allowed to take the ski boots with us into the studio. We will be happy to come back!😃

Incredible apartment in a beautiful location! The apartment is very modern, clean and spacious! Michaela is super friendly and helpful, the perfect host! We would love to go back because the region is perfect for families with kids!

There is an underground parking garage where I could park. From there, there are great cycling and hiking trails. The apartment offers enough space for one person. The kitchen is equipped with the minimum and everything works well. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. In addition, there is also a laundry room that can be used for free. Plenty of storage space for all clothes and a desk, as well as a dining table with two chairs. The bed is comfortable. The blinds darken very well.

Great location at the northern area of Italy at the heart of the Dolomites. Having a car is super helpful.

Nice apartment in excellent condition. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bus stop and pizzeria right in front of or next to the house and a good bakery just a few steps away. We lacked nothing.

The apartment is very practical and ideally located to discover the region with children. Shopping and train station / post bus within walking distance. The view from the balcony and from the kitchen to the village and the mountains is wonderful! Alessandra is very helpful and responded quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Fantastic place and location. Fully equipped place. Beautiful village, a few bus minutes away from the train station further down in the valley. Hardly any cars allowed near the location so very calm and pleasant. Will certainly return.

We stayed there 12 days on summer vacation in the pre-season. The apartment is perfectly equipped, lovingly furnished and from the private terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains. By bike or car, an ideal location for activities in all 4 directions. Simone was very friendly, unobtrusive and gave us some tips. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment.

Alessia was a wonderful and responsive host. She met us at check in and was very flexible with our arrival time. She helped us to get settled and immediately offered us some lunch recommendations and even helped us set up a boat tour to go on during our trip. Definitely ask her about this! The space was spotless and exactly as pictured. Parking was easy and free. One thing to note is that you should be prepared for the steep hill you need to climb to get back to the apartment! Do not underestimate it! But overall this was a lovely stay with an amazing host with GORGEOUS lake views and a huge balcony.
