Grazioso appartamento in centro Como all'interno di un vecchio stabile che all'interno è stato completamente ristrutturato. Arredato a nuovo con gusto e stile. Piccolo terrazzino con vista sul verde, particolarmente silenzioso anche se situato in centro città. L'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore (circa 60 gradini), non è indicato quindi per chi ha problemi di deambulazione.

House is as, if not more, beautiful than the photos portray. It’s fantastically spacious and has all the amenities you could need for a few days or a few weeks. What made this place particularly special was how great the “Rent All Como” team was. They met us and helped with bags on arrival and met us to say good bye. One of the things I tend to miss with Airbnb vs a hotel is the concierge’s assistance with transport and restaurant bookings. The Rent All Como team however is as good or better than most 5* hotel concierge teams. Nothing is too much trouble and they are super responsive.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment in Via Crespi in Como and I can only highly recommend it. The location is simply perfect: located in the heart of the city, just 30 meters from the lake, it allows you to fully experience the magic of Como with all its beauty at your fingertips. The apartment is very well-kept, very clean and very well-equipped. The two bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, perfect for families or small groups, while the two bathrooms are modern, functional and truly impeccable. Special thanks go to Erik and Silvia, who were very kind and always available, and who made the stay even more pleasant. I absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to experience Como at its best, in total comfort and in a truly privileged location.

The view and place was very nice. Federica also helped us with our luggage which was very nice of her. She was always available when we had any questions.

Piazza del Duomo Apartment - Como's Downtown

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is situated within 2 minutes of the Duomo, and close to restaurants,cafes and bars. Federica who was responsable for renting and cleaning the unit was there to greet us, and to review everything in the unit, air conditioning, kitchen, washer/dryer etc… During our visit in this region, we had an accident where one us broke our foot. As we don’t speak Italian, we had to navigate through the Italian national healthcare system. Federica was so helpful in helping through this experience. She made some calls for us to help us out as to where to go. She was also helpful in getting us to the airport as our travel plans had changed due to the health issue. Bravo!!!

Even better than the photos! Amazing rental in a great location. The views cannot be beat. The hosts met us there and helped us get into the place. They were to ensure we had everything we needed. Vicky helped with recommendations and reservations for us too. Can’t wait to visit again!
