Our cottage is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fireplace and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the Alpine feeling can be particularly well enjoyed from the bench on the forecourt. Inside it is beautifully and cozily furnished, with a tiled stove and wood-burning stove, a cozy living room and a spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

Everything (bars, shops, restaurants, station, ferry, beach) are close, within 500 meters, 8 minutes on foot. THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH WALKING PROBLEMS AS THERE ARE MANY STEPS. The house has no parking, finding parking in Varenna in summer is complicated, it is advisable to arrive by train.

The bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV, minibar, desk, and wardrobe. The adjoining private bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen, a bidet, and a toilet. The room faces the street and includes a spacious balcony. The local tax of €2.20 per person, per night, is charged separately on-site.
