The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house. Full kitchen Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy. Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city. The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach.

A private pool area features clear water, surrounded by lounge chairs and a shaded seating area. Palm trees provide greenery and shade, while a stone wall borders the space. A covered terrace and steps lead to the entrance of a detached chalet in the background.
