Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

Bredsanden which is a fantastic sandy beach that is child-friendly, which is secluded and is 200 meters from the house. Possibility to fish in Vänern without a fishing license. Electric car charging.

Kayak is available to hire for a trip on the river or out on the lake. To the center of Karlstad it is about 8 km. There is an oven/microwave, stove and fridge/freezer. TV is available (streaming). Double bed (160x200cm) and a separate air mattress (a total of three sleeping places). Travel cot for baby to rent. Sheets and towels are not included. Welcome!

Relax in a rural setting in our cozy cabin for two. At Kronbacken farm, we have reuse in focus and put time into creating a cozy and vibrant atmosphere for our guests. The farm is privately located at the end of its own road but is close to both shops, restaurants, beach, gym, outdoor areas, etc. Here you can also meet cats, chickens and other animals. Dream house near the lake with its own jacuzzi

This newly built unique home, my home, is in the heart of Värmland. Stunning views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Big wooden deck with own jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the garden that you have to walk through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowing boat by the lake that you can use freely. The boats are a little worn but work. Good fishing.
