A mile from the High Coast bridge, this cozy house is located at the bridge bracket of little Sandöbron. The house is perched high with views of the Ångerman River. Here you can enjoy the proximity to nature and easily get to all the sights that are found in the High Coast area. A lovely glazed porch where you can sit enjoy and blend in the goodies of the day. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Travel cot is available for the smallest visitors. The house is fully equipped for year around living.

Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. The cabin has an electric stove, a big outdoor gas grill (muurikka), a fire pit and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

The property is in the middle of the beautiful High Coast. The apartment is on the lower level with its own entrance and beautifully located in the countryside. Secluded and quiet location. Close to swimming and hiking trails. A small community with grocery store COOP, playground, ice cream shop, hardware store, hotel, pizza place, is 2.5km from the property. 12km to Skuleskogen National Park. 7km to a scenic swimming area with barbecue area and docks, Almsjöbadet.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.
