Apartment looks like the photos, feels young and modern with everything updated. Espresso machine, strong wifi, washer, dishwasher. No elevator though in case you need one (not a problem for me) If you like being in a hip neighborhood like Bastille, then this place is great. so much around. The apartment had a great dining table i used for a work space and amazing windows looking onto the main street. Comfortable bed, could use some new fluffier pillows and could use some closet space, just had no where to put my stuff but I made do. Great place, would stay again for sure!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always got to the apartment, excellent.

I would absolutely stay again at this wonderful Airbnb in Nogent. The size, affordability, and access to the train is unbeatable. My mother and I were very comfortable. The shutters also helped block out the street lights at night. Our host communicated very well and was incredibly responsive. Easy check in instructions. I would definitely recommend having access to a data plan so you can easily refer back to all check in instructions and communicate with the host. The closets were very spacious and had lots of hangers. The bathroom was also quite big and very clean. Hot water and shower pressure were great. Shampoo and conditioner provided as well as a very nice hair dryer. Can’t say enough nice things about my experience! My only critique would be that the road traffic can be slightly loud at certain points but the windows are very well insulated. It depends on how deep of a sleeper you are. I am quite a light sleeper.

Corentin Airbnb was worth every penny we spent. It was spacious for the 4 of us, clean and located perfectly. Just within a few minutes walk there were fast food stores, supermarkets and a pharmacy. Corentin was extremely responsive when we had questions and was clear with his instructions. It was a lovely stay and will recommend it to anyone going to France that wants to stay close enough to Paris but not right in the center. 5 stars all round.

The stay was perfect. The neighborhood was very safe and beautiful. It’s very close to the RER station, which takes you easily to the center of Paris. There’s also a well-stocked Carrefour store very close to the station. The apartment is lovely, located in a green area, fully equipped, modern, and comfortable. Mrs. Emily is very friendly and understanding. Everything was 10 out of 10!

Perfect place to stay, tramway right outside to reach the centre. Host was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely return :)

My Parents had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful, comfortable, bright apartment in a good location, clean with nearby transport and shops. Thank you very much for giving us the utensil we were missing.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

If you are exploring Paris, this is a great place to stay. Clean, quiet and convenient for a family group. There are also great bakeries and a very friendly grocer nearby and beautiful walks along La Seine. Guitho is very kind and helpful.

We had a lovely time here. Everything was clean and well-equipped. The host was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed the walks along the Marne. Monoprix, bakery and restaurants were just down the street. RER was a 5-minute walk away. We highly recommend it!

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend

The accommodation was clean and matched the photos, it was very good for one night. Yves is a very responsive and caring host, his instructions for the accommodation were very precise. Would definitely stay again. Only small downside, the bathroom is not very large but the accommodation is still very good

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris was very helpful. The apartment is super decorated and clean. You have everything you need. The location is very nice, quiet and new. We also liked that you can park very easily and then avoid the stairs at the entrance. Very clear recommendation. If we come back to Paris, we would definitely rent the apartment again. The swimming pool is also very nice but not for children under 150 cm tall. If someone thinks the price is too high, it's really worth it. Thank you Boris for your support and your effort!

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. Rarely seen beauty and perfect supplies, this is the most impressive stay I have ever had in Paris, everything is as described, and Oliver is warm and responsive, no worries, great accommodation experience, if I come back to Paris, I will stay again!
