The apartment is in a newly renovated house from 1898 and offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm, just steps away from the river Šyša, small boats' port, The OldMarketSquare and central street. The pool of Šilutė with saunas is just 2min away. 1st floor, private entrance,a bedroom with a large bed, a sofa bed, A/C, private small green yard, 1st floor,free parking. In summertime Nida can be reached easily with daily ferry boat. Perfect place for your vacation or workation.

Made of 2 shipping containers, surrounded in forests, swamp and fields. This quiet place perfect for relaxing. It is located 7 km, from the centre of Tauragė city. Most important thing in our place are the view to the pond and swamp. Thats why the interior are very minimal, without any loud colours. The view changes in every season and every season can offer a diffrent feeling. Misty fields with swans in a pond or a bright sunshine cuddling your nose in the morning are the usual.

Cozy countryside cottage in authentic environment

You can also find us on Facebook (Sodyba Viltis). The entire farmhouse to yourself! Hot tub, spacious sauna, sleeps 12 (there is also possibility to arrange and more sleeping places), large outdoor terrace, garden and lots of privacy. The homestead grounds also have an authentic old farmhouse built in 1937 and adorns the homestead grounds. We also have a festive hall called "Vegetable". The farmhouse is located in a monk, in the village of Bikavėnai. The river Sea is close by.

Relax with two or the whole family in a quiet town. The apartment is newly built, spacious, tidy, newly furnished. 20 km to the sea (Klaipėda, Melnaragė). To the resort - Palanga 31 km (seaside). What to do in Gargždai? Take a walk on the Kalniškės (Gargždai) mound, visit the Gargždai Regional Museum, Gargždai St. Archangel Michael's Church, take a walk in the Gargždai City Park and valley, watch a movie in the Minija cinema, enjoy the pleasures of the Dovilai quarries, etc.

The cottage is heated and cooled, so it is comfortable for rest at any time of the year. Around – as many as 4 stocked ponds, inviting you to take a walk and relax.
