We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

This lovely little house is in the trees, in the quiet and perfected on a hillside with a view. It was the restful and contemplative space we really needed for a few days. The house has everything you need and a nice deep bathtub! Every airbnb that allows pets should provide dog sheets and blankets. We always bring our own but it saves any stress and we appreciated the extra efforts. We will stay here again! PS the drive way was super easy.

Cassandra’s place was fantastic! She had everything we needed! Great book with instructions on what to do and places to go! Very clean! Smelled wonderful! Loved that we didn’t have to start the laundry! It was just perfect!

One of the most comfortable and relaxing places we have stayed at , great cabin feel , cozy, bed was very comfy , like the whole vibe ! Great hiking and the fall leaves were amazing this year ! We will be back , since we are hour near by ! :)

We loved the place. The views from the balcony was awesome. We made the drive to Independence pass and it was great. there are plenty to do around. Overall a grat stay.

Loved our stay! It was the perfect size for my husband, my dog, and myself. It was so close to Main Street and plenty of amazing hiking spots and Boreas pass. I would definitely stay again!

Book it. Just do it. My wife and I booked Michael’s property for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The view is more incredible than pictures can convey. Dillon has great amenities within minutes, not to mention the edge of the lake is a short walk away. Breckenridge and Vail are under half an hour’s drive, and whether you’re out sightseeing or just reading and watching tv with the most killer view you’ve ever seen, the vacation is going to be a good one.

Nancy’s place was great! Very close to vail and such a cute neighborhood! The apartment was very clean and cute.

I am currently working in Avon Monday through Thursday. Come home to Denver Thursday night. The place I had before wasn't nearly as comforting. I felt much more comfortable here. Super easy to get into and Amy left very detailed instructions on entering the unit and parking. Nottingham lake is right outside the door. It was wonderful to get off work and go for a run or go fishing. Beautiful scenery. The shower was big and had 3 heads. Absolutely incredible. The washer and dryer are amenities that I seek out. I appreciate having them so that I can pack clean clothes. They are loud appliances tho, so if you are a light sleeper do your laundry during the day. I'll be staying here again when I get back from vacation!

It was a nice stay for a weekend ski trip, short walk to the gondola nice view. Douglas was very helpful and responsive.

Mark’s place was amazing! Great location! We came for an event in Vail Village and Mark’s place was right in front of the event. Don’t hesitate to book if you want to be in Vail Village!

Great location, very close to main street and bus stops. Most places such as restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are within walking distance. The pool, gaming room, and the movie theater in the resort (access was included as part of the stay) were great in keeping my kids entertained. A very enjoyable stay!

Great condo for our ski trip. We loved the hot tub and warmed pool. Great stay for kids. They had lots of toys, books, kid utensils, and a pack and play that all made our stay much easier with a little one.

The place is comfortable, cozy and very functional at the same time. The location is perfect and the views are beautiful. The host was very nice and easy to reach. Fully recommend it! We look forward to book it again for our next spring break vacation.

Place is pristine and location is great. The river is beautiful - opening the sliding door and listening to the sound of the river was a highlight. Having a guidebook for how to use everything and local recommendations makes you feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!
