Welcome to this amazing Mid-century home available for the first time in 70 years only on Airbnb! The home was purchased from the original owner the Splane family built in 1955. In 2021 after purchase the home underwent an extensive two-year-long renovation to update but maintain the original charm. Located in the Harold Bell Wright Historic neighborhood one of Tucson's hidden gems. It has four bedrooms and two bath on a 1 acre private lot easily accommodate a group of 8! Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.
