Andrea's place was very cozy and quite. He let us check in early and sent helpful information. The place looked exactly like in the picture. Be aware that the apartment is on the second floor with a steep staircase and that the floors are cold in the winter, so bring a pair of warm socks. We enjoyed our stay here immensely!

A pleasantly different property in a historic environment. This place can accommodate even larger groups. Kitchen and bathroom are clean, big yard. The store is just around the corner, which is a plus. Sari was a very flexible and hospitable and helpful host.

Jussi's private suite in Helsinki exceeded our expectations. The apartment looked like the photos, but was even more spacious than expected. It was like living in a lovely apartment, rather than staying in someone else's space. The bed was very comfortable and the windows had light blocking shades. The neighborhood has many great restaurants within a few blocks—Levain for coffee, breakfast, and lunch. Same Same, Nolita, and Ravintola Laivakoira for dinner. We never had even mediocre food in Helsinki! Transportation was easy using Uber and trams. There is a tram stop a half block from the apartment. I've stayed in 34 Airbnbs over the years. This was by far the best!

Great place for a couple. Private bathroom/toilet and small adequate kitchen. Services just over km away, beach and sports center less than km away. Just 2km from Old Porvoo and the river. We rode our own bikes and cars. The only thing that might be a good idea to mention that there's no TV. We didn't miss it on this vacation. Friendly and nice hostess, everything went very well.

Riina’s apartment is very nice, comfortable, well-equipped. The house is in a private, peaceful area. Beautiful garden, with chirping birds and crickets. The host is responsive, available, we got clear instructions to find the place. Highly recommended!

Miia is the perfect host. You feel at home the moment you walk into the apartment. She is very social and asks about your day. The apartment is clean and quiet. It only takes you a 10min walk to the station and another 10min to reach the city centre by train.

My husband and I had a fabulous time at Miia and Sami’s Airbnb. It was perfect and we highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Helsinki. It is so peaceful and there is everything you need or want in the suite and the bonus is the sauna! Loved it!

Henrik and Heidi are the epitome of what an Airbnb host should be. They are the consummate hosts and are a credit to their humble abode. The space felt private and intimate yet we knew Henrik and Heidi were on hand if we needed anything at all. We couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The amenities were fantastic and a true gem amongst other listings. The space was clean, tidy and well designed. The sofa was comfortable and even though it doubled as a bed we slept well every night. The television was a great addition with the surround sound making for a great cinema experience on more than one occasion. We played the Nintendo Wii one afternoon which was a lot of fun. The spa area was spotlessly clean and the jacuzzi was hot and ready for us upon arrival. The sauna came to temperature in around 40 minutes and was a fantastic bonus and a true treat for us both. The surrounding area was beautiful for walking and we will most definitely be back. Thank you Henrik & Heidi for welcoming us

Accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by forest where you can easily go for a walk. There's even a lake close by, if you feel like swimming. Nearby is a bus stop, from which is easy to get to the center of Helsinki. Also there's a grocery shop that is open 24/7 and few other shops as well. The place itself is cozy, neat and filled with plenty of antique furniture and decorations which gives this place a special charm. There's also one fluffy companion, who's happy to greet you each time you're returning back from outside :3 The hosts are friendly and easy to talk with, always ready to help you out if you need it. Would definitely recommend!

Very good experience. It was already known at the time of booking that the room is in the downstairs of their home and that the family has children. When we arrived, there were sounds of life upstairs, but almost immediately after check-in, the house was completely quiet. Really nice room. Very clean. Everything you need and much more was found there. We went to admire the sauna, but due to fatigue we did not test it. The location was just perfect because at night I took my spouse to the airport. Travel only about 11 km. This can really be recommended instead of staying at a hotel. A big plus is the free roadside parking in a quiet residential area. I had read the praises of the bed before and it was really worthy of praise. In addition to all the other good things, a short distance away there was a sushi restaurant where the food was heavenly. Indeed, full five stars.
