Dishes and utensils for dining. Beds ready, including sheets and towels. You'll have access to a private shower and sink, as well as a compost toilet. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Experience the true traditional Finnish lake cottage life. This log cottage was built in the 1800's with hand carved logs. It is located on a beautiful lake shore with fantastic views. Here you can enjoy nature and total silence and peace just a 10 min. car drive from Savonlinna centre. You have a good chance of spotting the endangered Saimaa ring seal, often swimming in front of the cottage. Both the cottage and the sauna are just a few meters from the lake shore. Good 4G connection!

A large terrace has a barbecue grill and a dining table, where you can enjoy stunning views of the lake while enjoying your food. The outhouse is situated next to the main building.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Apartment is by the lake and in summertime it is possible to use lakeside sauna and fireplace. Apartment is in very peaceful village. On same area there is camping area and three apartments. Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majoituspaikassa. Lovely holiday on the bright Puruvesi beach. The cottage has everything you need. The landscape sauna right on the beach gave soft steam. The clarity of the spring water is absolutely amazing. Excellent value for money.

If you're out for modern pampering, this is not for you.But if you want ti be alone by the lake, without a shower and regular toilet, but wit a row boat, wood fired sauna and hot tub, compost toilets (but also electricity, full kitchen, cellular coverage and tv) and most if all the amazing beauty around (incl. mosquitoes) memorable, then definitely go fir it. we had a wonderful time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I can't say enough good things about it! The highlight of our stay was definitely the cute sauna house, which provided a perfect way to relax and unwind. The private entrance to the lake was another fantastic feature, offering serene and beautiful views right at our doorstep and a memorable experience of swimming in the lake after the Sauna. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.
