This is our 3rd time staying in Audrey's home! It is the perfect place for our family. Our kids love the toys and hot tub. We will be back again!

This is a great spot. It looks brand new, the kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious, pool table and lounging area were great. Very nice hot tub - we were there for skiing so didn't spend much time on the patio but it looked like a good, relaxing place to be. Even though it's attached it very much felt like a separate space, and we couldn't hear a thing from the main house. Conveniently located to Cottonwood canyon ski resorts and to the SLC airport, it's a great value and we would absolutely stay again.

Our stay at Ross’ home was thoroughly enjoyable… his house is stunning and set on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. The pictures in his listing are very accurate, but don’t really do justice to just how spacious this basement spread is! Getting in and out of the property is easy; a key is left hanging on a banister just inside a side door off the front porch. This door opens to a ‘mud room’ at the top of stairs which lead down to the basement suite. Shoes need to come off inside the house and at the bottom of the stairs is a heavy curtain, which is all that separates the downstairs quarters from the rest of the house. As others have noted, we did not feel this was a problem at all, as we virtually never heard the family upstairs. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils (and popcorn!) and the game/family room is fun (try the power recliners at the ends of the sectional… amazing!) I highly recommend this delightful spot and hopefully will be visiting again soon… 10 out of 10!

Great place! The kitchen was better equipped than any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at, lots of natural light, high ceilings, comfortable beds, beautiful views, great location. Definitely did not feel like a basement apartment. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is wonderful. The basement suite is really clean and spacious. The host was really kind and responsive. Can’t think of anything that we can complain about. I would def recommend this place for your stay.

Beautiful and spacious basement apartment. Safe neighborhood. Everything is as described! would recommend. I stayed with three teenagers and they had plenty of space. Two full bathrooms was a plus!

Great place, friendly atmosphere

For my sister's birthday, we wanted to have a stay-cation. Gina's place had great activities and is a beautiful home! We loved playing pool, ping ping, darts, and watching a movie in the theatre room. The hot tub was amazing and Gina was always quick to respond and super helpful! I think this is our new birthday stay-cation location and will come back for my birthday too!

Amazing spot! Great for those passing through town or looking to explore the area a little further. You can tell a lot of love was put into making the overall house a home for all!

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked for cooking. We grilled some kebabs. Hung out by the pool and hot tubbed. Played pool and ping pong and some board games. It literally has everything you need to be comfortable and a million dollar view. Will only be staying here while in Sandy.

The place was just as described and in a perfect location. Check in was simple and checkout wasn’t tedious at all, just a few minor things anyone should do anyway. Karolynn’s recommendations were spot on for fun things to experience for our family of 5. The proximity to many different local activities made it a breeze to get out and find things to do. The peaceful neighborhood and views of mountains in every direction made this a great spot to unwind. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to our second trip to Utah!

We sometimes worry about staying in a basement apartment because of noise from the upstairs, but it was very quiet. Off street parking is nice. They were accommodating with a special request we had and friendly when we crossed paths.

Quiet and cozy, nicest dog I ever did meet. Easy to find and simple instructions for check in and out. All the amenities you could need. Would stay again!
