Newer townhome w/ Utah Lake in the backyard. Super clean. Quiet neighborhood. Welcome to everyone & anyone! You are welcome to use the community clubhouse which has a gym, pool, hot tub, and more. There’s a great running/walking path right along Utah Lake. I live at my place but you can go as you please. I Airbnb two bedrooms in my townhome (this is one of the bedrooms). The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Please use the kitchen, living room, TV, and make yourself comfortable for your stay!
