Excellent accommodation option, especially in relation to Quality-Price. The room has the essentials for the stay, including air conditioning. Salvador is a very accessible host, he allowed me to arrive before my check-in to drop off my luggage, and the check-in was ready before the time described. The location is good, close to the beach and many very good bars and restaurants nearby. To mention a negative point, I would only comment that the water in the shower was not very hot, but with the heat it was not something that was missed much😅.

The accommodation is better than a hotel, to be honest, very clean, tidy, we loved the decor, well-equipped. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice and quiet place. It's one block from the esplanade, so it's perfect for walking without any problems☺️

New place, nice, super clean, good location and the host is super attentive and flexible! They leave you complimentary coffee! Water and chips and chocolates! I give it a 100! I went with my family to the Salsa Fest and it was very nice, it is a 25-minute walk from the Salsodromo but in the area there were many activities to do, it was 5 minutes from the sea. And in case you want something more private, there's a pool for the building's guests. Very central, there is food for all tastes around the area. We would definitely go again and if we can, we will return for the 2026 Salsa Fest ✨🌻

I suggest leaving towels and blankets according to the number of people in the rooms for two and three people only had one, then we were provided more The kitchen needs only two and several cups, except for those points in the garden, the place was fine

The house is really cool, the service from the house managers is excellent I only found two details, there are only beds for 8 people and a sofa bed that could be for 10 people in total The air conditioning in one room drips a lot, apart from that the other air conditioners in the house work excellent But the stay there is really great, I loved it

MY FAMILY AND WE WERE SUPER HAPPY WITH THE PLACE IDENTICAL TO THE PHOTOS AND SUPER CLEAN AND SPACIOUS THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE HOUSE WAS ALWAYS ON THE LOOKOUT OF ANYTHING WE ARE SUPER CNTENT AND WE ENJOYED THE HOUSE THERE WAS ALWAYS QUICK RESPONSE TO A DOUBT WE WILL DEFINITELY BE READY TO WASH IT.

A very good option to stay, a well-kept space and very close to the beach, you just have to make sure you arrive before 7 pm, otherwise you will have to pay the taxi of the person who gives you the house. Our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed it quite a bit.

The check-in instructions are accurate, the locals we ran into are friendly and give good food recommendations. Mr. Machucho is a nice person, he tells good stories. The accommodation is just as described and seen in the photos, there is wildlife that does not affect being in the house at all, there are iguanas, bats, cuijas, different birds, ants and so on. Mariela is super attentive when it comes to questions, accessible when it comes to extra people; in short, it's a place I'd go back to without a problem.

The apartment is very close to the beach and very good restaurants. Nice place, quiet. We loved the pool. Always helpful hosts.
